Halloween update 😕

Don't get me wrong, I love love loveee the game, but the Halloween update could definitely use some fixing. I completed the first set of tasks, but every time I try to start the second bingo board, the game crashes. Please fix this. We only have a few more days to enjoy or try to obtain these benefits.

The game is broken, and it scammed me

So, this game is pretty good over all- cute, catchy, and fairly addictive. So, I decided to do something I don’t normally do and buy an in app purchase. I bought the $2.99 pack of 30 days of gems. My card was charged, and I got nothing in return. I have proof of in-app purchase, and yet they gave me nothing at all. I honestly don’t even know what to do, because this game is so old and broken that their customer service place is literally shut down and broken. Get your stuff together, Sanrio-

Please reply, purchase issue

hello! i just downloaded the game today and i was having a lot of fun playing, so i bought the infinite lives pack for 1 day. the screen said loading for about 10 minutes so i exited out of the app thinking it would be fine because i got a notification that my purchase went through, i have the proof of my purchase, but when i went back on the game i didn’t get my infinite lives. i really enjoy the game, but if i can’t get a refund or what i paid for, i’m just going to delete it.

Tries to force in-app purchases

I cannot progress in the game. I have no need to purchase anything but the app will not allow the cafe to progress without purchasing something, seemingly at random. You can click start (to start a new day) and purchases come up. You close that and press start, and purchases come up again. Repeatedly. Force-closing the app does not fix it. Neither does restarting the iPhone. I have reached out to Sanrio via their site as the “customer service” link inside the app does not initiate any form of applet or email and they do not reply.

SCAM

I got mocha then I got cinnamon for free for a few minutes I’m doing ma thing until I found out I had to pay to get cinnamon for free the game said everything was free until I found out I had to pay so then I payed then got charged and revived nothing this is a scam if you get that same thing that I did delete the game this is a true story and should get attention I hate this game I’m never downloading again plus since the game is so old that there’s no customer support to help I had to wait 3 hours for it to go away and play I hate this game it’s a waste of time because I only get 10 minutes to play without that sign then wait 3 hours to play again don’t download it’s a waste of your time

Buggy But Good

Do not buy any items with real money in this game as it doesnt seem to work . Also if the game keeps freezing then it should work on airplane mode WITH WIFI OFF this game is super cute and a bit of a challenge(which i like) i played it when i was younger and happy to come back too it

Gems

Hi, I love this game so much in general, but I would like the game to reward more gems since they are much more useful than coins. For free gifts, they should give them more aside from coins and power ups. I also hope that this game NEEDS a major update although the last time it was updated was 5 years ago. Does game center also save your progress?

Great game (watch out for scam reviews)

This game is great, the other reviews saying that its a scam are completely wrong, i have been playing this game for a really REALLY long time and nothing bad has happened. People are probably just lying because they arent as good as making amazing games like this. This game deserves more love and its honestly a really amazing game

The developer scams small children.

When I was younger I used to play the older Hello Kitty Cafe game. I found it again about a day ago and when I was supposed to get to the second day it just.. Froze. I tried re-downloading the app, exiting the app, etc. It wouldn’t work. I tapped on the developer name and found this, I haven’t even played it yet, it was still downloading and I received a weird notification telling me to edit my home screen. I’ve never received a notification like that in my whole life, so I deleted the app. I’ve been told multiple times if you get a weird notification something might’ve injected a virus into your phone.. or someone hacked your phone. I believe that this developer is attempting to scam small children and inject viruses into their devices while they play the little cute Hello Kitty game they found on the App Store.

A scam‼️‼️

I like hello kitty and i thought this was gonna be such a cute game but it has issues that need fixing. It has a lot of technical issues. I tried logging into my facebook account and it wouldn’t let me. I also tried buying gems & coins and it was having issues. It got stuck on the loading screen, but the payment went through and charged my card. HOWEVER, I didn’t get any of my gems!!!! It scammed me and when i tried to click on customer service to report it, nothing popped up!! I hope you fix this soon‼️
