App is nearly unusable.
The thing is, when it works it’s a great solution. My issue is that I went ahead and bought in. I’m advertising this as my phone number as well to try and segment business calls from personal. Well the app literally takes about 3 minutes to load the phone and allow me to type in numbers when dialing. It’s actually gotten much worse. This app has left me in a really difficult place where I may have to change my business number. I’ve never had any app this unreliable.
Garbage
This is app is not as useful as it’s made to seem. Your contacts will not always flow through, your call log will not always have names attributed to the numbers although they’re saved in your contact list and you will not always get texts from contacts if you don’t have a signal when the message is sent. I’ve input numbers multiple times as new inputs, the “software says the info is already in yet when I search, the info is no where to be found. The “tech support” blames it on internet signal but, a good app will be capable of repopulating said information once a signal is attained. Get used to explaining to clients how the app you’re required to use is junk.

Recent update causes crashes
Please fix the issue. I use this everyday to communicate with customers. Every time I type it deletes and I can never finish my text. Not very time efficient.
I’m not sure what’s up
Every time I get a call it logs me out then I have to go into the hearsay website and reconnect the device... it’s frustrating
Poorly executed app
This app impedes doing business. Hearsay cannot send a group text; this makes messaging couples very difficult as I have to message each separately. The audio quality is inferior, and voice clarity makes the conversation unintelligible. The only redeeming quality of this app is the customer service if you call in with a fixable problem.
Poor design when client already has your personal cell in contacts
Practically impossible to convert client to this # from my old cell. Very poorly designed. Client has to delete my cell from their contacts first and then reply "yes" to this invite - then add the cell back. Told them about this a year ago and still have not fixed. So reasonable when it works and certainly for new contacts but a client should not have to do a ton of work just to communicate with you.
Search function
Dev team! Please add a search function similar to how iPhone lets you search through text messages or at least a way to search for contacts from list of text conversations.
Update
After a recent iOS update. This app just keeps crashing. It’ll open up the message but them the whole app closes to the iPhone homescreen
