When I want to adjust my shadow or highlight reading, the scroll wheel starts back at basically 0 instead of at my current selection. If my shadows are at 1/30 and my highlights are at 1/250, then I want to change both values one exposure value, have the exposure selection wheel open up at the current exposure setting.
Would be soooo awesome if you guys could allow a user to pick your shutter speed style. Canon fractions are listed totally different. Not everyone knows how to convert or remember those conversions. Could be in the next update ?? Should be easy to implement no ??
Without properly exposed raw images that cover the dynamic range of the scene no amount of post processing effort will save you. This simple little app asks for highlight and shadow shutter speeds, does the math and gives you the bracket settings. Just like that. It’s quick and simple.I’m saving the 5th star for Siri integration, making the process is hands-free :-)
HDR Photography sometimes involves taking more photographs than one bracketed set allows, and working out the exposure settings required to cover the scene's dynamic range. The HDR Exposure Calculator makes it quick and easy to find the number of exposures and bracketed sets to take, and the settings to use. The app takes the shortest and longest shutter speeds required for the scene, as well the camera's exposure bracketing range, and compiles a report listing: - How many photos are needed in total - How many AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketed) sets to take - How many shots in each - What exposure settings to use The app is particularly helpful for photographers who need the best quality for their HDR merged results when photographing scenes with very dark and bright parts, such as real estate interiors with bright windows.
