Our application has the following features: * Training routines: In this section you can consult your routines or build new training routines either from predefined templates or from scratch. The predefined templates contain routines oriented for beginners, intermediates and experts. * Exercises per muscle: There is a total list of exercises divided into the main muscle groups such as: chest, shoulder, forearm, biceps, back, thigh, calf, abdominal, triceps, gluteus and cardiovascular. * Calendar: In the calendar you can check the history of your workouts and confirm the exercises, series and weights that you used in the old trainings. * Calculation of body mass index: With this tool you can know your body mass index indicating your weight and height. In addition you can see in a graph the position in which you are and the appropriate ranges. * Profile: All data is stored securely on our servers. If you are authenticated, all the data is saved and you can easily recover it.
