Useless app
You can’t do anything it claims it should
HORRIBLE APP
The app is horrible, I’m not even able to login. when i log in from the website it works but when i log in the pass it’s telling me that my credentials are wrong. The UI / UX design need major updates as well. Additionally there is no apple wallet support to add out falcon flyer card nor out tickets. DO BETTER! It’s 2022 whats this horrible app ?
Lacks wallet support
Improving all the time, however needs a better management of the loyalty points and to add support for Apple wallet to add tickets electronically, then I will give it five stars
Useless App
It’s impossible to create an account on this app. Every time I try, it says that there’s an error. I reached out to Gulf Air by email with my issue and they never got back to me. I called and even the customer service rep was unable to create an account for me. Gulf Air needs to do better with managing and maintaining their online resources.
Your app
My bookings don’t show when I am already signed in...tried by reference number and last name it won’t take me anywhere. don’t know the logic behind it ...the idea of the airline app is to have everything in one place such as your reservation seat assignment and boarding pass. Passengers are mostly concerned about these items plus flight status and gate changes. None of it works Gulf Air should test it prior to making it public. Please take a look at other airline apps and you will see the huge failure from your side.

If the aim was only to say that you have an app on the App Store then good job, otherwise useless.
Intermittent Issues
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Lack of access to app and when accessible, can’t navigate the app with expected convenience apps are designed for
Non-user friendly
Needs massive improvements. Seems no one cared about doing user testing. After three attempts of registration from iPhone, I still couldn’t go to the next page and register. Who wants to waste 10 minutes unsuccessfully on the first step and still be stuck at it???
Worst airline
One of the worst airline not organized and very noisy at the airplane and I have lost my suitcase and it’s been a week and no respond!

Does not allow new account. Fields do not populate with available choices
