Useful, but has flaws

The app is useful when they have data, but for many non-US coins there are no prices. There are issues with password recovery, several small design flaws within the app. Not bad, but could be better.

Buggy “free” “10” previews

The pricing aspect looks great, but I didn’t quite get the hang of it before the “ten” previews vaporized. There’s a big of some kind. It’s like each view ends up counting as 2 or 3! Finally figure out what I was doing when the app told me I had 2 remaining. Went back to search to pull up a specific coin and the very next attempt at viewing the guide said I was out of views. Literally counted down warnings as 10, 8, 4, 2 none. Not sure I found that experience great enough to warrant a subscription as I didn’t get the full experience. Recommend changing that “preview” model to something time based, not every single click. Maybe, a 1-hr limit from the first search?

Designed by someone who never actually uses the app

As a Banknote Book subscriber, access to that content is my only interest in the app. Unfortunately that experience was designed by someone who has clearly never actually tried to use their own app. The scrolling effect in the list of chapters is infuriating, it takes 10s to scroll to a chapter near the end of the list on my IPhone 12 Pro Max. This is unacceptable.

Greysheet App

I have been using the legacy CDN Pricing app for a while with great difficulty. This new Greysheet app is a vast improvement from its predecessor. Faster response, improved design and no multiple clicks just to select a link. Great job to all responsible.Latest updates have severely diminished this application. No offline viewing, no bookmarks to advance to sections of the viewer and continuously loosing your place on the screen are issues that are difficult to overlook. Sorry that I cannot give this app negative stars.

Indispensable Coin App

I have been using the Greysheet App ever since it came out a few years ago. It provides a world of coin pricing literally at your fingertips. Much faster than flipping through magazine pages, you can zip from type to type in seconds and this new version has eliminated some bugs in the previous version. Clicking on any price takes you to a price history that shows and links to real life auction results. Great app!

Unstable

This is an important app, and I’m glad to have it, but it’s glitchy. The search is inconsistent, and will sometimes omit the exact coin you enter in the search bar and show you a coin from the other side of the world with a somewhat similar name and date. This app can be quite frustrating to use.

Graysheet Drops The Ball

I was forced to switch to this new version when the old one froze, and I prefer the old one. Searching is difficult as queries can lead to dozens or hundreds of hits--problematic when you're in the heat of a deal. The pricing is better than it used to be; customer service is pretty good.

Not working

A simple search for “Canada 1 cent” comes up null so I manually find the coin I’m looking for but the picture isn’t displaying so I’m not sure I’ve got the correct coin. Each time I refresh it to try to get the picture to show it counts that as one of my “free pricings”. (You only get 10.) Even if I open another app then reopen this app it still counts down my trial. So I’m about to be at zero and have to pay and still haven’t been able to determine if this app will even work for me. It seems like a good app but I guess I’ll never know.

Too slow to find prices

When we are at a coin show looking up 20 prices, it takes too long. Time is money and we can’t spend that much time looking up prices. The old PDF format worked great. I understand the concerns with people making copies of the PDF (stealing), but you need to find a way to make find prices a lot faster.
