Awesome

The app really breaks down the fundamentals of goose calling. I’ve used it to get better, gone back for refreshing on the basics, and loved it all. My son and his buddies are using it to learn too. Killer work, guys!

The App allows me to learn and practice at my own pace. Nick J does an amazing job of not telling, but teaching me the little nuances that I was not getting from online videos. You can tell a lot of time went into doing it right. Worth the app price. Dan H.

Awesome resource

Nick J explains goose calling in ways no one else has ever thought of. He breaks it down into the simplest steps in short, precise videos making it easy for anyone to follow. Recommend for anyone beginner or advanced to get better on a shortreed.

Goose tech break down

I’ve tried to learn how to call multiple times but I have struggled several times and I think part of the reason was I didn’t understand the notes and why I would use them. Nick does a really good job of breaking it down and explaining the why. I’m looking forward to new content that will be available through the app as it develops more.

Better off buying Bad Grammar Academy

Nick does a nice job of explaining the fundamentals of controlling the call. However, he provides zero value on how to actually make specific sounds (like the hiccup). His videos on specific calls are basically him performing the sound and saying “that’s it!”. The app has a lot of potential, but most of the content says “coming soon” but this app is 4 years old. My recommendation is to spend the extra $10 and buy BGA instead.

The Future!

This app will make you a better caller; a better hunter! Nick is known for helping numerous individuals increase their skill of blowing a goose call. Within the app Nick goes into detail about learning the notes in a way that anyone can understand. Well worth the expense if you truly want to become a better caller!

Best calling tool ever

I have hunted waterfowl for 8 years and year after year I struggle with sounding anything like a goose and although I’m not there yet this app and the creator nick a smith give you every tool necessary to get you where you want to go. Great place to learn every aspect of calling.

Great instructions

Very clear to easy instructions. The feature I really like is they added real goose sound recordings so you can listen to goose vocals. I’m still new to it but seems solid. I’m hoping there will be some sequence instructions included eventually without having to pay more.
