HRT Passes not just trolley passes ?

I highly recommend you guys update your app where your able to purchase HRT passes specifically one day passes , 7 day passes, 30day passes, and max passes for the public busses and express busses , for the locals to purchase , and the tourist that would make life so much easier. New York , Washington DC , California, Miami , and Orlando. Are ahead of you all in the Hampton Roads Area .Please change this please . And update the app where all passes are able to be purchased not just for the tourist that are coming for vacation at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach. Your citys in Hampton Roads are growing and you need to update your public transportation options so mandatory . Thanks

Mostly Useless App

Why on EARTH make this thing and have it only work with the VB Wave?It’s not called the Wave app. It’s “Go HRT.” It should be improved so you can purchase all ticket types (including Go Passes) for bus, ferry, and light rail.

Not what I was expecting

My daughter occasionally misses her school bus and as an alternative she considered taking the the light rail to get to school. This app was developed under the assumption that you should know where to and from to travel or the nearest station number. I have never seen a public transportation app without some sort of interactive map. This app could really benefit from that. I know that the light rail is relatively new, but this app needs lots of improvement. It feels incomplete.

HIGHLY disappointed

I do not understand why you can only purchase tickets for the Virginia Beach wave… That’s a huge inconvenience when the app is titled “GoHRT” as in Hampton roads transit, which should be open to all of Hampton Roads. I planned a trip with the thought that I could purchase the ticket straight through my app, which later inconvenienced me and I was late to a very important event. Please open this app up to ALL of Hampton Roads area sooner than May. Should have just titled it “VB Wave” if it was going to be exclusive for only them.

Fix it ...

Something is seriously wrong with this app. I downloaded and when I try to open it it says update I click update and it takes me back to the screen I originally downloaded from with NO OPTION to update

Looping

It saying there is a update available and there isn’t one when the application is updated. Please fix this this is affected a lot of users .

More Lines

The app should include Tide and MAX Lines at the very least, if not all HRT routes, including Ferry! Why is it only Wave routes? I want to be able to just load fares electronically and show my pass on my phone when I board the Tide so I don’t get anxiety waiting for the machine at the station to print my ticket, thinking the tram is going to leave me behind. We need to get more people in Hampton Roads to use transit and one aspect of accomplishing that goal is to make said transit convenient, efficient, and attractive. Simple app improvements and streamlined fare collection are easy first steps :)

Can’t access tickets

App doesn’t work a lot and causes me to miss my rides! I saved a screen shot and the driver said it couldn’t be a screen shot!! Maybe if the app worked I could!! Very costly error and Hampton doesn’t care! Buyer beware!

Works for the Wave

The app was easy to use, bought two day-passes, and scanned it each time we rode. Worked just like I thought it should. No issues.
