Some corrections necessary

Although I am enjoying the game, there are a couple of things that I think need to be addressed. Sometimes the math done by the game is wrong. The occasion I remember most clearly is when one of us knocked. The math was 7-1=7. This is not the only occasion that the sum was incorrect.Another area I think needs to be addressed is the criteria used to move up to the next level. I’m not yet good at this game and have won very few rounds. I think that information should be used to keep me from moving up into a level in which I will be even less successful.

Tired of the same stupid game

Yes I’m tired of the same stupid game! Tired of playing games where you begin in a beginners around where you’re obviously being fed better hands than the competition so that you easily win and then as you progress through the rounds you get weaker hands and face opponents whose hands are loaded. You’re obviously playing the computer and they’re obviously rigging it from the beginning every single game!!! Doesn’t matter how do you play the game all that matters is the later you go on in the game the worse your luck will be. Will anybody ever make an honest card game with a non-biased dealer who just deals the cards legitimately? Until then I don’t have time for this nonsense!!

Great game if you enjoy losing the more you progress

Update: so I wrote the below review and I was ok with the loss ratio but the higher I go, the more I lose. And the 90% win rate the computer has in 3 hands or less is now about 99%. The 10 second ads are longer than my hands. And judging by their responses in other reviews, it’s not a valid problem for them but here’s a tip - if a lot of your complaints are about the same thing, then it’s obviously an issue, whether you want to believe it is or not. The fact that play time is about 25% and ads 75% is crazy. Really disappointed. Original: First, I really enjoy playing games by Mobilityware - I have 5 that I regularly rotate through. They all have the same type of ads after each hand/round but they’re short and easily skipped and really aren’t an issue in the other games. I love this game; my problem is that the computer wins 90% of the games in 3 hands or less. I win 0% of the games in 3 hands or less. It’s extremely unbalanced. Several times, I’ve been at 95-99 points while the computer is at zero and yet somehow the computer manages to win. It’s incredibly frustrating - and it makes me feel like it’s just a way to quickly cycle through more ads because the rounds are so short. It’s obviously not enough to make me stop playing but is enough to take away a star. Thanks!

Too many ads and horrible chance balance

The sheer volume of ads is the main reason for deleting this app. It lasted a week. There are just too many ads after such short hands. When you realize that the cost per ad is the goal here, it really limits a positive gameplay experience. Speaking of gameplay, there are instances where opponents win in two plays far too often or get Gin very quick. Having played this with actual people IRL the probability of that happening as often as it does with this game is very low yet in this game opponents win in very few rounds. Seeing the goal of this game is to drive ad revenue over balanced gameplay or even a less ad driven game experience, I doubt any of it will be fixed therefore I choose to delete this game. Such a shame since their version of solitaire has been their most popular and polished experience.

Gin Rummy Game

This particular version is fun to play, to a certain degree. Granted, playing and winning at gin rummy in general is just a lot of luck mixed with a small sprinkling of "skill", but this version is definitely "rigged". Playing against the computer, it "allows" you to win every other game (round) and lose every other game (round), regardless of how well you play all of them. I started to notice this peculiar 'on-again-off-again' "pattern" to my wins and losses, even when using the exact same strategies in every round, and then I easily concluded that the game is actually programmed to be like that. That kind of takes away from the fun of the game.

I just deleted this game.

I had enjoyed this game, even though I had to see lots of ads. BUT: Today I had three right wing propaganda ads, full of lies, twisted facts, and deception and scare tactics. I will not support any game or developers that run such ads. So I deleted it and will make sure never to get anything from this developer. It had been a respite from the horrible news from the Supreme Court about states not being able to regulate who and where guns are carried - this right after the slaughter of innocent children in school. Disgusting. And one of the ads was a deceptive, radical anti- abortion ad, right after the six radical Catholics imposed their religion on the rest of us (about 70%) who do not agree with them and want to be able to plan our families and have children when we are prepared to take proper care of them. So I deleted the game. If the developers have any sense they will stop running these ads.

Too Many Ads!!!

I am deleting this game because there are way too many ads - one after every game!! My games take less time to play than the ads!! I’ve read the developer’s responses that say you can delete the ads by pressing the “x”, but, of course you have to wait until the “x” appears, which is usually 20 seconds for each ad. Yes, I understand the game is free, but many of my games last less time than the ad that follows. Rediculous!! The developers reached out and said if there was a specific ad that was malfunctioning they would try to help, but, of course that isn’t the issue!! I’ve had enough! Goodbye.

great game

Great all around but a few nits: .. slow down the automatic melding. the speed of the deadwood matching at the end of a game is perfect. ... show the tips longer, they go by too fast to read them. … fix the hangs! some as long as 30 seconds, usually at the first play of a hand but can happen any time, by far the most annoying issue. … roll up the score like you do in spades… and finally it would be interesting to have a way to watch the other guys hand for educational purposes. he’s so incredibly lucky I’d like to see how he manages his hand. Thanks!

The worst

This game is just straight up the worst game MobiliyWare has made so far. Way too many ads. Also the rounds seem to be rigged so that you hardly get to win. I had played 11 straight games and didn’t win a single round. Opponent kept getting gin after drawing only 3 cards every single round. I’m kinda not looking forward to any new games they come out with anymore. This has definitely been the worst game ever. I’m definitely deleting this app. Such a waste of time. I play rummy and gin rummy all the time and there’s no way for someone to get gin that quickly, every single round.

Avatar Variety

The game itself is great! Only issue I have with the mechanics is that it doesn't allow you to choose your choice of sets or runs, it assumes the "best" option and that's final. You can discard from your sets or runs which would bring back your previous arrangements but I'd like to sometimes keep what I had and choose how I'd like to set that up.Unrelated to the actual game, I wish there were more avatars to choose from. The list is alright but I'd enjoy a larger list to choose from. Suggestion to acquire the avatar icons after completing a certain their. Ex: I'd like to have the option of being an ant, so once I'm no longer in the tier against "Antonio" the ant, I should be allowed the option of using that image.
