Genuine Concerns

I really like this app & so does my 8 year old. However, it's not working properly. North America is combined with, Canada, Central America and South America which is frustrating when trying to grasp the concepts of the 7 continents. Also the in app feature is not working, there is not an option to upgrade to unlock access to the United States. PLEASE, fix this feature!
