Pay to win single player?

Wow this takes p2w to a whole new level. The game is very repetitive. When you finally pass one level you do the same exact thing again for the next chapter. The game gives you diamonds for premium currency which takes you a month of everyday playing to get anything. The missions are poorly thought out, one mission you need to snipe kill an officer, the next you need to snipe kill an army. Stay away from this game, as each mission can take up to 24 "energy", and you have 100 "energy" in total. You play for maybe 5 minutes and you have to wait for energy to recharge for 100 minutes.

Energy and Upgrade time

What's the point of having energy in a game? To hold you back so that you are desperate enough to keep the game. This doesn't trick me! I would like to propose something that would make it so that you don't have energy in the game and you can play all you want. Also, what's the point of having a time up to about 2-4 minutes to upgrade your gun. I don't have time for that. In conclusion, I would think it's best to make it so that we don't have to wait on our energy to refill and our guns to upgrade because nobody had time for that.

Decent gameplay but only pay to play

Pretty good game until you get towards the end of region one which is basically the beginning of the game. After that you must buy new weapons to continue playing. You use gold for that. No real way to get gold unless you spend real money. You should have an option to use a base level weapon to at least be able to advance and play the game. I know they have that option in some of their other games. It ends up being a decent demo for the actual game. I got to the end of free play in two sittings.

Out of date

Frontline Commando is a pretty fun game and the graphics are good, but that is all that I really good things that I have to say about the game. First you start in Belgium, trying to push the Germans into Germany. Then you go to Germany seem right. Right... well after that you go to Italy?!? Why? That’s out of place. After that you go to North Africa? That’s even worse! Why do u go backwards in how WW2 went after Germany? If Germany surrendered then why go to North Africa or Italy? That’s what the game only gets 3 stars from me, it’s not the worst game ever but it’s not the best. But it is for free

Is fun at first but gets boring quick

This game is fun at the beginning but once you get into it it’s one of the most linear boring games out the AppStore. Cookie clicker is literally just pressing a button to get point and that is somehow more entertaining than this mess. The multiple inaccuracies in both the German and American gear are numerous and obvious laziness. The biggest issues are that the developers obviously try to get you to spend money on the game by making it grindy and restricting a majority of the missions behind a paywall. The final issue is that the developers really don’t care. Their games for the most part are horrible but it makes them money so why should they care. This game is a disgrace to its concept and disrespectful to the history it’s set in. Don’t get this game. It’s a waste of storage space, money, and time.

Good game, greedy developers

The game is great overall except for all the in app purchases and “Spec Ops” missions that require you to pay $$$ in order to play them. Nearly all the guns cost gold as the ones you do get only work in each individual region. I mean, at least make some of the weapons cost “War Cash” instead of making all of them cost gold. The game allows you to grind through each region without the use of in app purchases but in order to get the full experience, (allied weapons, tanks, spec ops missions etc.) you’ll need to get your credit card ready

2nd time around

My 1st iPad was a 2, downloaded this back then and it was fun then, just redownloaded again cuz it's still a game I can spend hrs playin, it's not frustrating mainly cuz it will let you advance even if yr not a "super gamer" like most 60 yr olds, it lets you advance without pulling out what hair I have left, I don't have to take my heart pill , it's just PLAIN FUN

Good Glu Games game

After completing all the campaign mission without spending any money, I can say that this game is pretty good, but not as good as its predecessor "Frontline Commando: WW2." I've been playing glu games since 2014, and I have to admit they are decent quality. However, the bug issue is that you can't transfer the game profile from one device to another since it only saves locally, and when you accidentally delete the game, it actually removes all your data. Otherwise, they stopped game five years ago, and right now the weekly mission where you earn your gems/diamonds from is removed. So there isn't any point to play this game anymore.

I’m liking it but to pay dearly for “medic packs” with gold bars ...?? I get you guys want to make money but do that by selling entrance into geographical areas of WW2 like some Bridge or Storage depot, Train stations and the like...There you can sell medic packs for g-bars but in the meantime allow small time gamers like myself who don’t want to pay for anything in a shooter app galavant around the country getting Free Stuff and looking for Nazi’s to kill and honing our skills

It’s too easy in a day I got to the last map

All right let me tell you something they can make it even better like a lot of bosses and maybe like new guns for free that you don’t have to pay for and maybe like everything free and then we just make him only the tanks free to please so then I have another thing they can make the game even better if it had friendly tanks it would help a lot and maybe A tiger and maybe as well you can be in a plane for only one diamond inner so you should make like Krash Plains near you so you have cover
