Better than most
It is better than most. I've only had two items not register, that registered on other scanner apps. The only negative, is that it is not a quick process, to scan and look up item. Rather lengthy process, but other than that, it is very reliable.
Best barcode app I’ve found
I’ve been using this for a while. We do a lot with different barcodes where I work. This comes in quite handy for troubleshooting purposes. I love that it not only reads the barcode, but also shows the symbology of the barcode. Super helpful.
Marvelous
I only need one word to describe this App: “MARVELOUS”.I made a test with a lote of barcodes as well with QR Codes. There were any mistake at all.The interface is absolutely intuitive. The greatest feature it has is the ability to exporting all the scanned information using whatever you want: Mail, Gmail, Notes, SMS, and so on.Excellent job !!!

Liked the upgrade for .99. Nice to look stuff up. What I like about FreeScanner is it's simplicity. Still think scanner still needs a little improvement especially for iPad. Could your next iteration include a bulk export of History AND edits say to mail? This can be done one at time now. All at once would be better. TxDeveloper responded very quickly. According to instructions I was able to transfer all history and comments to gmail account. Upgrading my review accordingly.
Easy to use - great scanner
Best scanner out there. I've tried he PAY apps but none as easy and flowing as this one. Stores info and let's you import any way you want. No ads or gimmicks. All the hard work on this app and keeping it free is much appreciated. I run a small home business and need stuff like this to compete with large competitors. Only addition I would request. After multiple scans I would like to transfer multiple scans of data rather than 1 at a time. Not a complaint as it works well now but have to bounce back and forth for each saved scan. Rather than import a batch of saved scans. Thanks for a great product.

Among paid and free scan apps, this one is EASILY the best of the lot. ◄ Comparison ► Like many, I've wasted too much time downloading and deleting every UPC/QR scanner available. Among the free and paid, this is the best one yet. ◄ Function ► Using it at home, in stores, with Wi-Fi or cell data, it's the only one that functions properly, swiftly providing accurate details. To date, this is the only scanning app that WORKS WHEN I NEED IT. I generally only require pertinent data, limited to the basics, or "brass tacks." It delivers that and more. I couldn't be happier with its PERFORMANCE & RELIABILITY. (iPhone 6 w/ iOS 8 & 9.0.2)
Good app but hard to use at first
I like this app but I’m still trying to figure out how to use it. Not one that you can open and instantly use. To many loops to jump through before I can get what I want. I’m going to keep trying.
Best UPC scanner app I've found yet
I find this especially helpful when visiting the bookstore. Pick up a book that looks interesting, scan it, hit search and read the online reviews.Only thing I wish is there was a way to export the list for later review.
Absolutely the very best scanner out there!
There is very little that I can say but positive about this app. The only thing that could be improved is the area where the description of items is; when you need to put in. It would be nice if the first letter is capitalized so that you can input correctly for other people to find.

I really appreciate this app. I use it all the time. I use it while I'm shopping, at home and just about every where I am. It's very informative and useful. I'd be lost without it. The only negative thing I could say is that not every product has information yet.
