Awful!

What is the point of a news app that only has a handful of current news stories and no search function? Some of the stories are old news. The layout is distracting. The old app was at least functional in delivering news and searchable. Bring back the old app it would be an improvement over this.

Fix the navigation

With the breaking news alert notifications, after clicking you are brought to an article and when hitting the back arrow, it takes you to a precious story. It continues to do this until you are finally back to the Home Screen. If the app had a quick access back to the Home Screen from a nested article then I would give 5 stars!

New App for Q13

This new streaming app does not work well with Apple devises. On the phone is fine but it’s very glitchy when streaming from my phone to the tv which is how I get my news in the morning. I can’t use my phone while streaming the newscast or it will turn off. The volume doesn’t work while streaming to the tv either. The old app was fine and worked much better. Hope you can fix the bugs.

Parts don’t update

I really like the re-design, but I’m really confused why certain sections do not update. Today is July 30th, yet the weather section has not updated since July 2nd. Top stories, local news, us news, they all have new content every day...not weather!! I’ve tried manually updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling the app...nope!!!

Crash and burn

I wish there was an overlap with the old app and the new app so there was time to work out the bugs. This new one crashes after about 15 seconds when you try to watch live. My iPad is an older device but still has the most current iOS. That said, I gave the app 2 stars because the app works fine on my iPhone 10 with the most current iOS. While I’m not a big fan of the new set-up, that probably more because I wasn’t ready for the change. It’s still clunky, even on the phone. I didn’t see anything on the App Store that said whether there was limitations on devices. It’s pretty disappointing. I’ll own that it’s probably time to get a new iPad but maybe either update the App Store to let people know what devices the app works best on or fix the app to work on iPads better.

Nothing to see here.

With this app you’ll see about four news stories a day. It’s as if nothing ever happens around here. The advertisements in between the news stories are huge, as if they’re more exciting than the stories themselves. And they sometimes are. Just the most boring, “what’s the point of this?” news app possible. Honestly…do better.

Limited news

I haven’t had issues with crashing yet but other reviewers have said that there are not many news stories and they’re right. The old app had a lot of stories that you could scroll through but now you only get a few. There are some other stories but they are several months old like the story about ComicCon which was supposed to happen in March. This is not news, it’s olds. As of now, your app is worse than all the other news apps so I’ll be deleting this app. Developers you need to read the reviews and listen to what people have to say and fix this app.

Why, just why???

This “new and improved” app is unusable. What was the point in making this when the original worked just fine? The app freezes and shuts down constantly, when it does “work” you only get a few news stories and the rest is sponsored material. Walter left and now this?!? What is going on over there?

Fastest alerts in Seattle

This app is much improved since I first downloaded it. FOX 13 seems to have the fastest alerts in town! I love the people and use the live streams all the time.
