Software is bad
Software is poor. App is cumbersome and data not saved. Keep enter info over and over. No way to set up all tests coherently. Lots of error reported. Device lags app and minutes later will do something app thought was done. So many very lame poor things can’t list. Using mastertronic and can’t comment on that thought it lacks quality software too. Expecting it to be a fabulous product but app gives me little confidence. Focustronic needs to find professional software engineers and not what they have now
Works
I have had no issues with the app. Given that it controls multiple different highly complex devices, it has few issues and support (through the Facebook group) is extremely helpful and robust.
