Really good app, especially for beginners.

What stands out the most is how organized the app is. For instance, it divides the type of workouts you want to pick and choose, not to mention, gives you a visual representation of how to do it. I definitely would recommend this app to friends and family.

Solid basic workout app

Good app, solid base of workouts that target particular muscle groups. Could use more personable tools that help people get through workouts but works perfectly for me when I'm running out of ideas on workouts

The only good fitness app I’ve found

I have only tried the free workout section of this app but really like it so far. I will definitely become a premium user.

Love it!

I love having this app is part of my home workout toolbox. I'm able to pick a body part and find exercises I can do with the equipment I have. The organization is great, I'm sure I will use even more features of this app in the future. But for now it is great for even beginners to use to craft a good workout.

Definitely one of my top 3 workout app

This app has helped me remove unwanted fat by tracking my workouts and providing me with new ones. It eliminates the feeling of boredom from repetition and instead motivates me due to noticeable results.

Easy and for any level

Such a help. This is great for any level from beginner to advanced. Was tired of trying to remember, keeping paper around. Also great for student athletes to track goals.

Notes & movement when app is open

The changes are ok but you got rid of the notes part. You should not have done that I use that for all kinds of things for seat positions to how I feel on the work out that day to know why I was up or down. Second when the app is open it runs demos and it’s killing my battery to say the least those are two very big things for me. Please fix it.

Perfect coach in your hands

It's easy to use, record exercises and I can keep listening to my music while I work out. No need to pay for expensive trainers. I never knew what to do at the gym and I didn't wanna hurt myself but this app tells you how to do the workouts in a safe way.

Never got too see it past upgrade

I was excited to get some help with great work outs. However, almost everything is locked for paying customers only. I may have committed to spending the money if I could see even the smallest glimpse of the work outs. It was beginner or nothing. I am in the middle looking to take it past beginner. It seems great for the first time gym person, but not for anyone else. Still looking for a good gym app.

The best workout app on the market for all levels!!!! Simple to use..I highly recommend this app..I’m 46 and started to workout recently, with this app already showing gains after 2 weeks!
