Identify trends and triggers with easy tracking that can be done from your phone or tablet. Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly data helps users identify their personal patterns- both good and those that are potentially concerning. As users enter data, they get a daily and total Balance Score. Balance scores are unique to each user and are based on age appropriate physical and mental health guidelines.
