The EZcare app is incredibly easy to use. The tutorial at the beginning is very helpful for navigating the app! It is great for someone who is new to this line or work, yet can prove incredibly useful for a veteran of the field. As soon as you enter the app, you have a clear view of the jobs you are in charge of. By clicking on them, there is a well-organized description of the job and what services were ordered. The progress of jobs can be kept track of, as assigned workers can click that they have started the job and update the status once they finish. The feature of uploading notes and pictures is a great way to keep people accountable. As for the UI, I love how clicking the icons on the top right will give you the variety of actions you can choose from without leaving the page. Another thing about the icons that I like is how they are very intuitive. You know that the arrow will direct you to maps, and that the gear will give you more options.

The EZcare app lets you route your stops, view order information, instructions and property photos, and complete checklists with photos and videos. The app also allows field staff to report urgent issues in the middle of cleaning or inspection, send estimated completion time to the office, pause and resume work, scan inventory items, collect signature from residents, upload invoice or timesheet, and communicate with your team via in-app messaging.
