This app deserves a zero

Just like all the other reviews, this app did not pair with any devices. Had to return the product because what is the point of having a toy that does not work because of a faulty app. Sounds great in theory but clearly those that designed it had no clue what they were doing.

Can’t get it to pair

Going to have a ver disappointed little girl. Can’t get this dang thing to pair with any of our devices. Troubleshooting didn’t help. I removed and reinstalled app, that didn’t help. Tried multiple devices still no pairing. Sadly was a gift and we can’t return to buy something that she can actually play with.

Won’t connect.

How many reviews stating that it won’t connect are needed before the developer changes the app and produces something of even mediocre quality? Very frustrating. The developer responds to such reviews, maybe something in the app needs to be changed???

Won’t Connect

Only giving this app one star because I can’t give it zero. Will not connect under any circumstances. Even tried multiple devices.

App isn’t perfect…..

Ok so like everyone else I was having a ton of trouble with this… I was ready to repack it and bring it back…. Don’t do that. Don’t let your device and karaoke machine pair on their own, more then likely your phone/tablet whatever is already paired to something, it will prioritize that pairing over the karaoke machine. Go into your device settings/Bluetooth/ and manually select the “ez link” device at the bottom of the list under “other devices”. I did that and immediately connected.

SUCCESSFUL

Reading all of the negative reviews and being cautious when buying this product, I found this product to be amazing! The app worked perfect! It did take about 1 min for it to pair but the microphone played the music and theres no errors!

Don’t believe the bad reviews

I’m assuming anybody who gave this a one star didn’t turn the thing around and chance the setting from demo to on and/or didn’t change it from usb to Bluetooth. We got two of them working in 45 seconds. Works perfectly. The negative reviews are probably a bunch of people who just clicked the power button and expected it to work and immediately gave up

worked for us

We waited at the EZ link app with the waiting circle of death trying to wait for it to pair. Came to the reviews to see if others had the same issue. But then it occurred to me I actually had to go into my ios settings and find the karaoke device that way. *facepalm* worked for us perfectly afterwards. Very happy three year old this christmas!

Worked fine for me

Not sure why there are so many complaints. This worked for me on the first try. -1 star for having to go into settings manually to pair Bluetooth.

Description

Our karaoke machines are shipped with the EZ Link feature button disabled. To enable this button and use the EZ Link feature, you need to establish parental consent and select a preferred streaming service that the EZ Link will use to access content. Once the feature is enabled, please leave EZ Link Setup App open to allow the EZ Link feature to operate.This is a one-time activation.

Once the EZ Link feature is enabled, leave the app running in the background, but you do not need to use this app again unless you wish to disable the feature, or change your preferred streaming service.Do I have to leave the EZ Link Setup App open?  The EZ Link button, once enabled, will connect the user to existing playlists on their selected streaming service. To open the streaming service, and access the playlist, the EZ Link Setup App does need to be running.How do I enable the EZ Link feature?To unlock this feature, first, connect the Bluetooth device running this app to the karaoke machine with the EZ Link feature.Next, you will need to answer a few short questions to prove that you are an adult, and then agree to the terms and conditions of using the EZ Link feature. Lastly, select the streaming service you would like the EZ Link feature to use.
