Worldwide travel

The best service for internet access. Prices are always more profitable than taking a tourist sim card, especially if you need it for a couple of days.

Absolute garbage app

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wasted probably six hours, trying to get their eSIM to work and going back and forth with technical support and it still doesn’t work at the time I’m writing this. I installed an eSIM from another company and had it installed and working in less than 45 seconds. I’m not sure what to do. I’m just going to dispute the charge on my credit card and say that the product is faulty and see if I can get my money back.

Europe Travel

Hoped this service would help with phone connection while in Europe for travel. It worked great when connected and Support did great with getting me reconnected during my travels!

Best in my experience

I used (or merely tried to) many eSIM cards, in many time zones. They all had problems and a good number proved unusable.YeSIM had problems, as well. What puts it in a different class though, are these factors:1. Those problems were minor, they were always correctable and the ESIM proved to always function in the end as advertised;2. The TECHNICAL SUPPORT was always first class; both in quality and promptness.THAT is the feature of this card that sets it apart from the competition.

Great value and customer support

Pay as you Go plan provide great value for people who need service time to time. Customer support also work with you to resolve any issues. For example, my Ycoins expired after 12 months and they restored it for me.

Easy Set Up, Reliable Network

It uses AT&T network in USA, which is one of biggest providers. Very fast speed. Highly recommended.

Not a scam

I was worried that this app was a scam since it’s so much cheaper than the competitors and they have no web presence at all. However, happy to report that it’s working great in Thailand this week.

Beware stole my money (updated)

This company stole money didn’t get it back… I ordered a sim card and order didn’t go through.. but I was charged 31 euros … keep asking for my money back but they keep on telling stuff like yah we did the refund a month later nothing BEWARE! Update: finally i got my money back after this review and 10 emails…

Great app with amazing customer service

I am a frequent traveler, and I have been using yesim for a long time. This app is pretty much all you need for travel, it works in every country with a super affordable rate. On top of that, their customer support is really easy to reach, very friendly and helpful, they always try to help you as fast as they can. I highly recommend this app to anyone!
