Frozen

I was over 400 levels and then it sent me to level 10. Now I can’t even play it on the screen to play but has no islands. I have tried to reset but nothing changes.

Way Too Many Ads

This is a really fun game. I bought the ad free version, but it turns that the ad free applies only between the levels. I’m in the harder levels now, and I don’t always solve the puzzle on the first, second or third attempt. I spend more time watching ads to restart the level or to use the undo feature than I do playing the game. Of all the games I have purchased and played, this one is by far the biggest rip off of all time.

Black ground

I am at level 110 and to use one of the square you have to click and play a video. I click at the video and i see only black ground wait couple of minutes and nothing change still black ground and you can’t click the x to closed because you can’t see anything

Stuck on loading screen

After the update it doesn’t go past the black loading screen. I’ve uninstalled and re installed and it fixes it but once you force close it and try to open it again it goes back to not going past the loading screen😡😡😡

Having some issues

I really like this game a lot and I’m in level 212 and I’m having some issues, it’s not loading like the little people don’t pop up everything else pops up except the little people so it’s like blank and I want to continue playing this game because I really enjoy it I hope the issues can get fixed asap

Love Your Game, But…

Love game, but when I play and quit for night, can’t get back into game again, just freezes at main start-up page. Have deleted and re-started, from level 1 again, several times, with the same result. Very frustrating, and disappointing; no option but to delete game and say Adios. Too bad, enjoyed playing (but not starting from level 1 every time).

Ads are horrible, game is great.

I bought the ad free version because I like the game. However, to get the helpers like to reverse a play you have to watch a add. To play a new game, you have to watch an ad. To get a new island you have to watch another ad. The ads are the same, which makes it very monotonous to play. I regret my purchase to get rid of ads because they were the ads running at the bottom of the game which I hardly noticed. Almost considering to delete game because of the ads.

Ads bait and switch

So I love this game and the ads kept freezing and crashing the game, I paid for the no ads version for 2.99 and still I have to deal with ads that still freeze the game (that royal match and Candy crush are notorious for crashing the game. To get the extra lane (I’m on level 112), I have to watch an ad, and most of the time I don’t get the extra lane. Instead I get No Ad Available… and have to move guys around and wait five minutes before it will let me watch another ad. On this level I watched three ads and still have not received my extra lane. I like this game but I’m frustrated when it will not move forward. Please fix!

Crashes at higher levels

I actually love this game but I have now had to delete it and reinstall four times. Once you get to the higher levels the app stops loading and the only way to get it to work again is to delete and reinstall. Unfortunately, every time this happens I have to start over again at level one which is boring. I did pay not to watch ads and thankfully the app does allow me to restore my purchase when reinstalled. I just wish they would fix it so I didn’t have to continually start over.
