Well designed Sudoku app!

After several years of playing Eric’s Sudoku, I can attest that it is well done and a delight to play. The ability to use notation to keep track of playable tiles is welcomed and well implemented. There are also ample new games to play of all levels of difficulty. Eric knows how to make great game apps!!

Buttons so close to ads...

Update...Buttons so close to ads...Notes buttons are big and round but actual entry buttons are quite small and so close to ad on bottom, your finger clicks ad and away you go to the store. Forcing a person to buy the game without ads, makes me not want to buy it, nor keep the free game. BUT, if the Round Notes buttons and the actual Too Small Entry buttons switched positions so that the Notes buttons were below the actual Too Small Entry buttons AND ads on top, i would probably love the game because i would not constantly accidentally clicked ads instead of Too small Entry buttons. If there were room, the Too Small Entry buttons could be enlarged as well. Thank you Eric.

The most enjoyable Sudoku app!

The app itself is a pleasure. The pencil, being able to highlight numbers, being able to double click a single number to choose it. The game responds fairly quickly, though sometimes my fingers move faster than the action. One quibble: I disagree with some of the puzzle ratings.

The Best by Far

This is the best Sudoku app by far. Eric's handles a lot of little things that really add up to a pleasant experience of solving a Sudoku puzzle. One thing I particularly like is the yellow highlighting that helps me locate all instanciations of a given number. Also, Eric's Sudoku will stop you when you make a mistake. For me, that saves me from having to restart the puzzle because I got too far down the road.Eric's makes the best Solitaire games. So it comes as no surprise that they made the best Sudoku, as well.

Got the bugs out so now ... GREAT GAME!

The Eric's games are usually great -- multiple levels, easy to use, never boring. I complained a while back about the bad bugs in the upgrade. Good news -- all fixed!! As before, It uses color to make it easier to use, added a bonus when you place all of one number in all the boxes, gives points upon completion that can unlock new levels, has a newspaper sort of look at the beginning that is useful.

Great game

This is a very enjoyable version of sudoku. It is one of my favorites. I paid to upgrade to get rid of the ads which were annoying. My only concerns are that the last revision was done in 2015, and that it doesn't appear in the list of sudoku games when you do a search on "sudoku". You have to search on "Eric". Who would know to do that, unless you already have the game? Otherwise I would've given it five stars. I hope this will be updated to keep up with the latest iOS version.

Used to LOVE it

Thank you Eric! I have enjoyed this app for a long time. It is very well designed. It was a 5-star game until just recently; the ads that now come up before the game sometimes take quite a long time to end - there is no way to exit out of them before they run their course. I would rather pay for a good game than have to put up with that. I will check back periodically to see if this becomes an option.

Best Sudoku app out there

This app has hundreds of puzzles for all levels of players. I bought the solitaire and sudoku bundle and I love it. No ads. The one addition I would love is for a nighttime mode in Sudoku. Black squares, white numbers. Thanks for a quality game. I play daily.

This is the best game!

I started playing your game when it first came out. Every time we went to a store that carried computers I'd play while my husband shopped. When I got a computer this is the first game I put on it. I now have my husband nieces, nephews, grandchildren and 1 great grandchild playing your Sudoku. I did get Sudoku-Kids for the younger ones. Still have 3 great grandchildren to young and hope I'm around to teach them. In other words I love Sudoku!

Enjoyable game

Love to play Sudoku and this one is a lot of fun. 5 different levels, each one more challenging than the other. Each level has 5 or 6 sections with 100 games each. Plus there is a level where each section contains all 5 levels. You have the choice of playing free and earning coins to buy the different levels or buying the full version and have infinite coins. Worth every penny.
