The reading limit is very annoying and frustrating

The app was better when it was paid, as there were no limitations or slow scanning for important supported languages, but now there is a reading limit to the pages scanned (1000 page per month) and slow processing .I contacted the support team via e-mail and I did not find a solution to these problems yet. The answer i got is the reading limit is set to make sure our servers don't overload depending on the language selected.Your answer proves that there are a large number of users who benefit from your application, and this limit you have made the application not as useful as before. Why don't you increase the number of servers or improve their performance?Why didn't you think about this step before you decided to make the app free? And what is the fault of the people who paid to benefit from the application and now they suffer from these limits in using it? Please, please Remove the annoying reading limit because it doesn't make sense and makes the app useless for many people.

Disappointed, seriously

I just downloaded this app for my iPhone 13, from the App Store.I’m glad that I only signed up for the free trial, because this app does not work at all.It doesn’t read anything, and the tutorials are silent as well.The setup choices are audible with Voiceover, but the app does not function as advertised.As a blind person, I would not give this app a good rating, or recommend it. 0 stars, and useless.

Extremely impressed!, seriously

Quite some time ago, before your recent updates to this app, I gave it a bad rating. I am writing to thank you, and to say that I have now changed my mind.I am amazed and pleased with this app now, and use it every day, on my iPhone 13, and it works great.Thank you for your effort, time, and all of your hard work, to help blind persons to be more independent, and have access to more information. I would recommend this app now, to everyone.

Really great app. thanks

Thank you for this great app. It's even better than seeing AI. Keep up your great job.It reads the computer screen very well, very useful to us when there's no screen reader available. It would be great to make the app detect the item or the option under the curser.It will be great to control which languages it should read. Sometimes it reads languages other than the language displayed. i.e. it fails to recognize the correct language.It is great that it recognizes Arabic, but the quality needs to improve more and more, because sometimes the text is clear but the app fails to recognize the correct letter.

You may have problems with the most recent update and your subscription

The most recent app update will take away your lifetime subscription. I have had one since 2018 and now I am being forced to purchase another subscription. Please fix or negative review will stay here.The team contacted me via email and told me how to fix my lifetime subscription. I am still going to giving three stars because this shouldn’t happen.

Could be better.

I really do appreciate the hard work of the developers put into this app. It is similar to Seeing AI, but in my opinion this app does better on certain things then seeing AI, and seeing AI does things better then envision. InVision doesn't really tell me what's outside of a window. It does advertise this, but I pointed the camera outside of a window and it just says a blue and gray window, or something similar. Take a picture of my watch? A white watch. Take a picture of the TV with a movie playing? A greay television sitting on top of a desk. Not sure what the issue is on that one. I do like the extra feedback that I get, Such as the color of an item and whether it's sitting on a desk. I don't understand why login is required. I just Rihanna a free trial for 14 days and don't understand what the login is for.

It is a wonderful app. I’m really using it to capacity and I’m very happy with it. Thank you for including modern Greek in your languages. I would like to ask you to please add a feature, if you can. They used to be an app that made the phone emit a sound if the lights were on. The higher the pitch the more light there was in the room. Unfortunately this app was discontinued and for those of us who do not have light perception, it was very useful. Do you think you could add this feature? Thanks a lot.

Was Great Now Useless

I purchased this app a few months back after trying it for a month and really liked it. However, Within the past month, the changes made have made the app useless. It no longer says what edges aren't visible so that I can move it in the correct direction to get the full image. Secondly, the text is now not viewable by flicking through the screen. You have to wait for it to read it, so getting instructions off a box for cooking is tedious. I didn't checkto see if it would read word by word, but who wants to do that when trying to Prepare something?Thirdly, when I went to stop my auto payment, the options of subscriptions are not read. I had to click on one of the unread items and then since I happened to click on the one I already subscribed too, it mentioned this fact and other info. I was then able to click the manage button and successfully unsubscribe. Until this app improves, I will not reccommend it to anyone. I was using IOS 12 last month and IOS 13 in the past few days, IOS isn't the issue. I'm using an iphone 8 and have been for the past couple years. I hope you improve this app back to one that is as good or even better than the one I used when purchasing the subscription.

I didnt even know...

I didn’t realize this was an app for the vision impaired when i downloaded it, i was just looking for an OCR app to be able to copy and read aloud documents or notes. I started messing around with the app when i figured it out and it’s insane how helpful this app is! If i knew anyone that was vision impaired i would recommend this, though since i am not vision impaired (outside of having to wear glasses) i cant say it’s perfect because i don’t know for certain. It does make me happy though, it’s like a metal detector for colors, people, objects, and scenes which is probably super useful for the vision impaired!

Best OCR engine available even beat Orcam! When will we see a glasses version?

I use this app every single day. Are used to use Seeing AI or a lot of other different apps and other devices like Orcam and E Sight. But I have found is this app actually takes the place of almost all of them! I am waiting for these guys to find a pair of smart glasses that will support their app on them! When are you guys going to put your app on a pair of smart glasses? I know you looked into views explains? Have you looked into the X2 by Third Eye Generation? I think you guys would partner quite nicely and they are quite inexpensive and allow for many different apps to go onto their App Store. I think I can’t wait for the partnership or at least with some other type of glasses because I am tired of hanging my phone from my neck to use your app all the time the facial recognition really doesn’t work well that way and I think you guys would be amazing in a pair of glasses and tent to some developer out there!!!
