Incomplete features

The app does not have a logout feature. Personal details are accessible to anyone. Sending money is not user friendly at all. Missing biometric authentication. Should have at least included the features from the old app before forcing the users to switch to the new app.

Transaction PIN locked

Can we have the option to recover the blocked pin due to multiple attempts through the app itself instead of going to the bank physically.

App Bug on IPhone 13

When you try to use Fonepay..and get to the page where you enter amount…the keyboard covers the pay button. The keypad doesn’t have a next or done button so can’t hit Pay.Anyone else having this iasue?

Worst User Interface and it does not even work.

The app says no internet connection when we try to login. The user interface is also very poor and extremely slow. Disappointed.

Worst app ever

Sometimes in emergency this app can’t open and if you try to send money from where you are walking in road and need to copy paste this also can’t and you can’t write & word on this app.

Worst app ever, extremely slow

I hate it that NMB is forcing us to switch to their worst, slow app. I cant understand why you want to abandon the app that was already so good?The previous app which F1 soft had built was sooo good. I used to praise it all the time.The current app however is extremely slow. Whenever we need to update any details of our profile, we need to request for OTP. Ugh!!If you don’t improve your new app, I think i need to reconsider about canceling nmb mobile banking.

Couldn’t login most of the time

I have faced many issue while logging into this app. most of the time it says no internet connection even thought i am connected to internet and sometimes it kept buffering. Please fix this issue.
