Like it but can’t play!

I enjoyed the game so much, but after 40 something levels it just won’t work! I’ve updated & refreshed & closed it out repeatedly, but it won’t open the next level of the game & is glitching more frequently the longer I have the app!

So I can’t even start to play this game because it’s asking for some info which is in Chinese and I don’t understand Chinese and when I screenshot what it was asking and translated it it’s asking for my identity number or something which i have no clue what that is
