Used to be great

This game started great. Played it multiple times a day. Unfortunately the last two updates have turned it into a pay to play nightmare. Lots of the balls got nerfed massively making an already difficult game near impossible now. The gem cost of things have gone up and even the boost to "speed up time" to unlock eggs got halfed. All of these are blatantly made to increase the spending of gems. I understand the need to monetize, but the game is near unplayable now. On the positive side, it doesn't do the scummy, you just finished a level so I'm forcing you to watch an ad to continue. It also is fun. Though with the nerfed balls it's now near impossible without spending gems. Cash grab city. Luckily there will likely be a few knock off clones, hopefully one will not be so greedy.

Great game, eggs take too long

The one complaint I have about this game is that even with the speed boosts it takes 18 minutes to hatch an easy egg, which means when my egg stock is full (which it always is) I have to wait 18 minutes between rounds if I want the full reward. If the eggs took less time or if I could hatch more than one egg then that would mean I could play more often, which I’d love, and I’d be more inclined to watch the ads for double rewards because I’d have room for 2 eggs. Or even if it just auto-started incubating the next egg after the first one hatched, then i could get home from work and have 3-4 open spots and I could play more than one round at a time.

Great game, but…

I have been playing this game for a couple of years. The problem I have is-there hasn’t been any updates in a year and that was just fixing bugs. It’s the same thing over and over and the progression is too slow because it’s difficult. The balls don’t do enough damage, I have to spend gems to keep playing. You should be able to choose which balls you use, it’s random, and if I’m given the same ones over and over, it’s hard to progress. Like, I should be able to select which balls I want use next, even if it’s limited as to this one ball x number of times during the round. Also, there should be set number of undo shots allowed or something.Also, add some events or daily challenges so it’s not the same thing over and over.

Okay game; don’t expect to play forever

The game started off an entertaining pass time, but the level progression is so steep, it’s enough to make me delete this game. It’s fine all the way up to like level 14, and then even after have all the newest cards fully upgraded, I had to buy my way through it with gems! I couldn’t even get close. It’d kick me back to the previous level and I’d smash it and end up back at an impossible one again. On top of that, the only way to really get any good cards is to by the special eggs with gems, and even then you get stuck with hundreds (literally) of basic cards that are obsolete; the only thing they’re good for is trading for spins, and you have to pay for that, too!TLDR; Bottom line: unless you have hundreds of dollars to pump into it (even if it was worth it), you need hax/exploits to beat this game. That to me is extremely poor game design. And I won’t even talk about the ads.

Money Grab

This is the most frustrating game ever! The first several levels are fun enough, but once you get to about level 12 they make it impossible to advance without spending loads of diamonds. There are ways to earn diamonds, but they go really quickly, and you need them just to maintain the level you have achieved. I used diamonds for several days to stay in level 15 and get as many upgrades as possible. I have every upgrade available through level 14, but if I don’t use diamonds to stay where I am I hover right between levels 12 and 13. I never bought diamonds, but I’m done wasting time trying to earn them just to progress. I’ve watched plenty of ads in the game. Why do they also want me to pay to use it?

Way too RNG based

You have 4 cards equipped at a time but you can go the whole round without getting a single card of a certain type (like if you have drill equipped you could literally not even be able to use it) and you can end up getting like 10 of the same thing in a row. This makes it impossible to use any bit of strategy a lot of the time because you get stuff in the wrong order or don’t get it at all. It would be great if you were guaranteed to get at least 2 of each card you have equipped in a given round, and also be guaranteed to not get more than 2 of the same thing in a row. Other than that the game is pretty good, but this problem makes it really hard to strategize and try to use cards that are good together. I understand some random chance is good to keep things from becoming monotonous but this is way too much.

Good game but could use a little work

This is a fun game and it’s entertaining to a point but the thing that could be better is the spins. Four hours just to get one spin refill is too long, two hours would be fine. Also I’d add an auto spin because it is a pain to constantly it the spin button especially when the players get a bunch of spins from selling excess cards after fully leveling up those said cards. Also twenty-two hours to wait in between getting the lucky egg could be shorten to say twelve hours. That way it would entice players to play more often.

No instructions; slow timer

I was totally surprised by the lack of any instructions or helpful hints on how to play this game. It’s a type of brick buster game where you collect eggs & egg yolks. You have to figure out on your own how many balls & what kind you get. The eggs give you bonuses, but they can take up to 9 hours before you can crack them open, once you get beyond the first couple of eggs. The counter does not run true to real time. It counts down by seconds, minutes, etc., but the seconds in the game are much slower than r/t seconds. You can watch an ad to cut the time in half. You only have 4 slots for eggs, so once you have 4, there’s no point in continuing play until the timer runs out & you can crack an egg, freeing up a slot. I gave the game 2 stars, but I was feeling generous.

Fun, but practically unplayable without money

I really like the gameplay of this game. Too bad that progression is locked behind long timers or premium currency.When you win a level, you get an egg. The lowest quality egg takes 3 hours real-time to hatch. You can speed it up by watching an ad, but it still takes about 45 minutes to hatch the worst egg. You can only hatch 1 egg at a time, and you can only hold 4 eggs at once. Which means there’s no reason to play more than one round an hour. Unless you’re ready to throw money at the game to progress faster. Which is a shame, because the actual gameplay is one of the best. I’d say top 3 block breaker games in the App Store. But I’ve now downloaded and played the game twice, and hit a wall at the same place both times. Eventually you reach the point where your weapons are under powered for the levels you are playing. At that point, you either need to pay money to unlock stronger weapons faster, or lose levels, and go back to a previous stage where you still can beat levels. Which isn’t my idea of fun. If there were some one-time payment upgrades to make the game less frustrating I might buy them because the individual levels are fun. But that isn’t an option. The only way to progress at this game at a normal pace is by spending money all the time.

Fun but one flaw

This review is hard because so far I LOVE the game except for one thing. Each level completed you get an egg, the egg then takes 3 or more hours to hatch unless you use gems which can be purchased for real money. You can only hatch one egg at a time so you end up in this constant struggle of using gems/money or waiting a few hours to play the next level. Basically, when I have free time to play a game I can play this for 30-60 seconds then either pay or wait a few hours to play the next level. Mobile games should be more of a quick fix and not one level every few hours. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
