Latest update is so frustrating
Bug fixes!!!!! What bug fixes!!!!!! It's literally crawling with bugs. Kept asking to update the app every three seconds even after updating .. could not even type my ID and password to actually get to the difficult part of actually booking an appointment....Thank you for letting me miss out on praying in the mosque the weekend I booked a hotel in Makkah 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Not allowing Registeration or check of forget password
I have registered on previous version once i did the update it forgot my account and not appearing the place to put the id number and the password and if you request re password it gets hanged up can you please fix
Umrah on the go , Dawud zayd USA
The app worked well for us , it allowed me to pick times that was , good for our times , I heard people couldn’t log on , or buffering . For us we got on with no problem, and we didn’t need a SIM card from Saudi, we thank Allah that we were allowed to visit His house.. Ameen

UPDATE:App works perfect as soon as you are in saudi. I was trying to login to my account in the USA and it was showing nationality as blank and giving me internal errors. Spoke with support and they told me it only works in saudi and it works 100% now. Just got me permit.OLD:Nationality list is blank, cannot choose or type anything to login to my account. Need to login asap I even tried contacting on Twitter but no response at all.
Crashing
The app crashes whenever I’m trying to open it, please fix this problem.
My Review for Eatmarna app
The app overall is good and great,however it need some improvement on some things cause some times the app lags or have issues I check lately I think it got fixed but I think the app could be better also the number of prayers I could book is only 3 prayers I wish they could change it to a higher number for each user.May Allah accept our prayers and duaThank you
Update not available
I tried to log in and ask for Omrah, but the app shows that there is an update has to be done so I could use the app. After checking the app store, I found out there is no update available! I tried to delete the up and reinstall it, but that didn’t help as well. Could you please fix this error so I could use the app. Thank you!
I can’t open the app
Salaam v have a plan for Madinah trip on this week and I tried to get permit for Umrah on 18 Sep but its screen is automatically gone when I click the app pls pls fix it v already have the Med’s plane tics and about to buy the Mecca’s train tics too.
Happy but sad
I’m so Happy that finally i found an easy Way to perform umrah by issuing VOA with this app,but i’m also sad Because the app keep says “the data enter is invalid” After i put the OTP from My email when i’m register :-( as a Green Card holder i wish and pray may Allah give us a Way to meet HIM
App crashes and will not lunch
Thank you all for your kind and wonderful work with this App .I updated the Application to the version 3.3 after updating my IPhone to 14.4 , every time you lunch the App it asks to update with the v3.3 installed.App will not lunch.
