Everything worked exactly as it should've.
Biggest scam - app doesn’t work
I got fined for not being able to pay even though this app didn’t work and I even recorded it + sent them screenshots. This shouldn’t be legal, this half governmental company is a joke and obviously partially ripping of their customers. Management should be fired.

Would be better if lot details had more info, open/underground etc and also as previously said, could extend session past 6 am at a time other than 6 am
Better to use app than using cards in machine. Very convenient.
Quick and convenient
Worked as app should
We were able to see parking locations and rates, however, as others have mentioned, isn’t clear on how long Day Rate is valid till. Some lots do not post Max daily rate so have to go thru whole app to figure out price. Doesn’t tell you pricing of lots on the map so you have to select each lot to figure out which one is cheapest.
App doesn’t let you add time
No reminder when time is getting low and there is no way to extend my time. Allows you to pay for parking easily though.
It's good but it should let you update before end of sessions
App worked as expected, mostly.One scenario that fails is that we wanted to leave the car in the lot for 2 days but the app didn't let us add more time until the session expired at 6am. Only then we could add more time by creating a new session.
Very useful!!
I have used this app twice in two years when traveling to a folk music festival in Vancouver. It was very easy to use and helpful when I realized that I had not paid my parking the following day and could do so remotely. If I were to use it elsewhere it would be helpful to have more information about parking lots.
Horrible App and Company
Avoid these places as much as you can. The app and website were no use because it would not show the location of the lot we were in. Customer support was no help, either. We thought we finally figured out how to pay by calling a phone number only to find a ticket on our car when we got back! Shouldn’t be legal how they over-complicate this and then fine you afterwards.
Terrible app
Very difficult to use. No apple pay support nor auto population of data. Clearly somebody who doesn’t know or care about what they are supposedly doing. Probably the most frustrating app design for something likely to be installed and used when in a parking garage.
