Some bugs still fixing

This is a very good add-on to have if you’re playing Draft King. It has very good suggestions and helps you in the right direction for best scoring / money results. I will say that they’re are still a few bugs that need fixing. I recently had to delete and then re-download the app. However, it’s not too much of an inconvenience.

Rough start to 2020 NFL season

At the start of the season, the data was not loading or was wrong. I’m sure DraftKings was aware and I tried to get confirmation and updates via app feedback and Twitter. I received no response.In addition to this poor lack of support, the app enables too many notifications by default. I had to manually access each sport and change the notification options for each. And when I did that, the list of sports wasn’t populating any text so I had to rely on haptic feedback to make sure I was actually scrolling to the next sport.This app is inconsistent and support is bad so I can’t give them more than 3 stars right now.

Very frustrating app!

I use this app to follow PGA tournaments and it is very frustrating and almost useless to even try! I will start to scroll down the leaderboard and after a few seconds the app will refresh to the top. I try to scroll down and once again it will refresh to the top. It is impossible to completely scroll down the leaderboard before it refreshes and loses your spot. I have contacted customer support on three different occasions and they have yet to fix the issue or even have the courtesy to reply back. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall it but the issue remains. I rarely ever leave a one star rating but the lack of customer support and the app failing to serve the purpose of me downloading it, one star is well deserved.

Thorough but newsfeed is a mess

Too many repetitive news items. The news feed will have consecutive posts of the same injury news from different sources when only one post would suffice. If it’s Wednesday there are often injury notes for Thursday or even Friday’s games clogging up the feed—this tool works best in the very short term and there should be a sort or filter option so the user can tune out the information that does not pertain to the current day’s slate.

The Gold Standard of DFS sites

I’ve played on 6 different DFS sites, 2 of which are no longer around due to consolidation within the industry. My guess is 75% of my action is on DK because it’s incredibly user friendly and the layout is impressive. Also, when you have an issue they’re very fair and get back to you in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Overall A

The App itself could use a little more user friendly base to it but overal its great. I wish the my players button was a little different example: show you you’re players per lineup, and did them In order, but hey can’t win them all! Overall, very happy. Great alert times when available before locks, great news alerts

App updates

Please with everything going guys need to do better job in making sure drive trackers and stats on game scorers working properly . There is lot of users now and with everyone playing fantasy things need to be little on software and having things work better. I know things happen but happening more often . Please talk to IT on things. Thank you

DK Live 4.2.1 or iOS 11.4 causing App issue

I’ve had the App for a long time and it’s a good app. I’m giving a one star rating because of two things.Recently Apple released the 11.4 iOS update around the same time that DK Live App version 11.4 was released. Not sure which caused the issue but the formatting on the Fantasy Plays tab is all messed up and I can’t see accurate point allocations between players when for example a strike out or home run occurs. Something needs to be fixed.On a separate note, there really needs to be a separate iPad version of the app that has a landscape view and pulls in more game/player details. Seems like there is a lot of opportunity to make a really cool iPad version of this app.I’ll update my rating as soon as these couple items are resolved.

Notifications

I use to receive notifications from this app, but then I updated to the new iPhone 12 and since then, I have not gotten anything. I’ve talked with customer service and explained the problem numerous times and I just keep getting the same answers over and over again without any resolution. The app itself doesn’t give me the option to turn on notifications through the phone settings. There must be some way to fix this.

Garbage App

This app ALWAYS has one function or another that is broken and not working. When that happens, it’s also very common for that function to be broken FOR WEEKS. When you contact customer service, they are rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. They not only dance around the question, but they NEVER are able to give a timeline for when the broken function will resume functionality. At best, they say they know of the problem and are “working on it,” even when the problem has persisted for over a week. They don’t give two s*its about their users. If I could give negative stars, I would. Even worse, hours after a player was ruled out, their “news” not infrequently still says the player is questionable. It’s a good thing they don’t try to charge for this app.
