New version surprise- loud video ads
Had to delete my favorite dictionnaire française with the new update because suddenly out of nowhere it plays LOUD video without any stop, mute, or close button. Only escape is to turn off the app. I often use this app at night while I read (French) and others are sleeping, so the sound is absolutely unwelcome. I will miss this app, so I will watch for another update that removes this awful feature & hopefully upgrades the search features. The only complaint I had (before this debacle) was that the app never recalls the searches. For example, if you enter a word & want to go search another form of the same word you have to type it all over. (Unlike a Google search where you enter, for example "applauder" & then want to search "applaudissment" you only have to edit the entry). Same goes for if you enter a mistake like "applaudissmnt," the dictionnaire doesn't guess your error, and in going back to correct it, you'll find an empty search field. J'espère que les développeurs améliorer cette autrement bon app.

I love the app but its giving me some issues, every time i search a word and click on it to see the definition it crashes
Wonderful app
I would love to have a word of the day notification. I’ve had no problem with this app! I’d also like to see a copy and paste option.
I really don't like the periodic advertising
Now not only do I have to navigate thru an ad to get to the dictionary, there is an additional small banner ad on the definition pages!!!! So if you don't scroll to avoid touching the banner, you'll be redirected. Notice: I paid for this app. I do not want to see ads. As for content: 3 stars. I had almost stopped using this app entirely until an iOS update maimed my big duct French dictionary. Oh woe.

Good enough
My review is very independent once. This application is good enough. I didn’t face any serious problem since I’ve been using it for few weeks now. Compared to other similar applications I’ve used before, I do really like this one. It’s seriously helping me to enrich and nourish my vocabulary.
More words and expressions please!!!
Great application. Hardly ever do I use the dictionary anymore still plenty of words and expressions missing. Certainly not the Larousse but very handy. Room for improvement.PS- sometimes it crashes for no apparent reason and you have to persist to get it working.Wouldn't pay for it but as a free app it's great.

What a shame! New version is terrible.
This was the best French dictionary I had found and had been using it regularly for nearly a year in my French classes and daily life. I loved the synonyms, French definitions, conjugations and citations. It was fantastic. Now the new update ruined it all. Ads take over every time I try to do anything and make it impossible to use (much less obnoxious) and it crashes all the time. What a disappointment. Now searching for a replacement.
Need to be able to save the words
I enjoy this app very much, the only bummer is you cannot save the words of the day or what words of that interests you to keep.
