Excellent Tool to record health data

I have found this program useful in helping me maintaining reading of sugar levels, blood pressure and weight. It allows me to export all date to my devices and data is always available for review by my healthcare provider. The only issue I have is it will not accept my height in feet and inches. Metric is ok!

A suggestion

Please make a video on how each feature is used for those of us newly diagnosed. A lot of what I see here is much the same as other apps. They too, do not have a guide. I think you would be one step ahead of your competition if you keep the sad newbies that just got diagnosed in mind. The education for this disease is so frustrating to go through and because each of us react differently to the medications it’s sometimes brings us to tears. Doing this one little thing relieves a little stress. I am one who needs readjustment of several medications and I am asked to keep a journal. That is so cumbersome to stop and pull out a notebook etc. this app has a lot of wonderful features and while I’m not a noob (diagnosed 18 years ago) I still find some of these features confusing. A video would go a long way. Wishing nothing but success for you,Deci

DEVS PLEASE READ

The app is absolutely awesome! Absolutely love it. I have a pretty serious question, however. If I switch to a new iPhone and I do the whole iCloud transfer thing, will all of my logs and stuff be saved via the cloud or no? Please read this and get back to me ASAP

Diabetic Dog

When you have a diabetic dog; journaling is so important. Between food measuring , testing BGs, measuring food, and injecting insulin.Diabetic pets parents can get a bit overwhelmed. This makes journaling so simple and since it can be used on multiple devices, journaling and running curves while out and about, is easy !

Pre & Post Activity Periods Would be Great!

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now. It mostly provides everything I need. Thanks! My Dr will be glad to have the data I’m able to track. One suggestion is to have two more periods to choose from for ‘before activity’ and ‘after activity.’ Being active has a big impact on blood sugar and being better able to see that would be helpful.

Could be better.

The free version would be better if it allowed to record more than a couple of months of readings. At least four (4) months would be good because my doctor’s visits are usually every three (3) months. Being able to show my doctor my readings for those three (3) months would be nice.

Diabetes Pal

The software is great. I use it for my MinPin who is. Diabetic to keep track of everything. Thank you. My vet is impressed too! I have one question. I’ve tried to ‘edit’ an entry for Glucose and I click on edit, put the check mark by the one I want to edit, but the only option is to ‘delete’ or the waste basket icon. I just want to add something. Do I need to delete the whole entry and then re-enter it with the information I want to add?? Thank you!

Duplicates readings

Something happens in the last update. First the app freezes constantly and when it does run it duplicates or triples your reading. I have gone back 2 years 3 or 4 times now and deleted the duplicates but they keep coming back. Also there is a pop up that says there are duplicates but the app freezes and won’t remove them. There is no delete all so you can upload a backup either. I regret having paid money for this app

Could be easier to use.

I wish cursor would jump from field to field as they are filled. Especially on blood pressure frequently get entry error because I didn’t select the field properly. Wish the reports could be managed better to allow segregation by type of test. Easier to show sugar levels vs BP, etc. Overall a solid app with lots of features and detail.

The best Diabetes app out there.

I own this app on all my apple products and love it. It loads fast, and has a lot great recording features. I needed help with my Apple Watch Diabetes Pal app and Pascal replied back fast, and figured it out, I just needed to force touch the screen to activate the glucose, insulin, etc. entry fields.
