Terrible

I read the good reviews and gave it a try. After taking all of my personal information, the app was “searching for lenders” to get me approved for a loan. This took over 10 minutes and I started receiving multiple phone calls and emails. The app was still stuck on the same screen searching for lenders and that’s all it says now I can’t even go back in to delete my information. It made me provide my employer information and random numbers starting calling my work phone NONSTOP and I work at a public business how embarrassing! The lady verified my personal information and was speaking so fast about the terms of the loan I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she told me all I had to do was sign the email she sent me to get money transferred to me but the email didn’t include any of the loan information and she was rushing me and being rude and I told her to remove my work phone number and stop calling. Well what do you know.. she called about 10 more times after that and I had to block the number. They now have all my personal information and I’m scared I got scammed. Do not do it.

Good app

I love the bridge between paychecks. Repaying is easy and fast. I had a small issue with my company switching payroll providers. Detour Loans notified me immediately to let me know my status had changed which I appreciate. I was able to reply to the email and get a quick response that confirmed the email was recvd. Turnaround time was 2-3 days but recvd email within a few hours saying my account was reinstated and I was able to use the safety net to cover my expenses! LOVE THIS APP!

Provided Bank Account/ SSN...just got spam

I used this app during difficult financial hardships. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it out due to the god reviews. The app had fill out multiple forms, providing secure information such as my account number, ssn, and more. After filling out multiple forms like this, being told that I had been approved, and rerouted to multiple advertisement sites, I am no closer to a loan than when I started. I have just however, provided my secure information to multiple sites. Very disappointed. I will update this review if contacted by the developer.

Do not download this app

Look, if you have fair to bad credit do not download this app. Even if you do have good credit, I don’t see why anyone would ever sign up for this app - I downloaded the app exactly and hour ago, and have already received 43 emails. I wish I was making this up. I clicked on three of the links which all say that you’ve been approved, but you have to refill the same application out that requires the same information that the app you downloaded made you fill out! (that’s really why I don’t understand the point of the app). Slowly getting the emails to stop

Loan

Got it in time as promised. I am a struggling Mom, at this moment rent and bills are too much and I needed some help. Funds were deposited exactly like the agent stated. I was in and out within ten minutes, and my online application was quick and uncomplic ated. Hopefully this app could help me with my financial problem. Payday Loans I love it!!!This has saved me fees and a whole lotta stress.

A lot of work

I’ve been using this app on and off for months, and I never got a loan until this week. This is because the app makes you jump through so many tedious hoops just to match you to a lender, that I often just gave up. A lot of the reviews on here look fake to me honestly. The app is poorly designed, where if you close it or accident hit a wrong button, you have to start the ENTIRE process over again, entering information like you SSN, you bank info, salary info, etc. I just so happened to have enough patience this week to go through this process about 15 times.Let me be clear, this app does not loan you money. It finds you lenders that will approve you. In my case, it found me a lender, and they did send me cash (took 2 days). What is the downside to this lender, you may ask? Well, it is a Native American company, which means they are not subject to federal law, only to tribal law, and loan interest is 800%+!!! If you need the money desperately like I did, just know what you are getting into. Know it is not easy, and paying back a loan will not be cheap.Hopefully this can help someone else see through all these fake reviews. 3 stars because I actually got money out of it.

Good!

The installing of the app was flawless. There were some hiccups with supplying photo of drivers license, but worked past it. Applied for the loan and just like most everyone else got it. Paid the first 2 payments automatically, and the extend feature worked great, had to extend 3 days because payment due on friday and needed it on monday. I applied for another loan and was disappointed like others because was denied. I am assuming because of using extension.

it is the best app ever I have use. In my own view, it serves as a link between these self center banks we got around here that is, if u have two separate bank accounts u can easily send money from one account to your cash app and transfer it to your other bank account. Nevertheless cash app needs to expand America isnt just the world. we got six other continents. I always wish to transfer money to Africa to love ones and family. Hope yall work on it soon
