Unable to login (app not working)

Recently I got the new prepaid meter. So I tried to use this app. But I wasn’t able to resister/login to the app. It keeps popping up unable to login. I think there is a bug in it and you should fix it asap.

No alternative to SMS notifications!

No notifications come via text messages. It’s very unwieldy! Must have other methods to send notifications viz. email or to another phone if the default doesn’t work. It’s simply not working for sometime now.

Worst

Such a Worst app. Worst Developed app I have ever used. Every time I login, I have to use OTP ! Why this is happening ?! Why developers still couldn’t fix this issue ?! Inside the app, Found Worst UI. Most of the Functions doesn't work properly. Please fix these issues asap.

Login problem

I gave account number & phone number to register then next page appears to give password which was supposed to given through sms but there were no sms. Please fix this thing. If you can make this app work then people will use it like you never thought of.Thanks & RegardsRony Rahman

Real time not monitoring

Basically, this app not useful. It’s not showing real time statistics, like current balance remaining. Probably the balance it’s showing, may be before 2 - 3 day.

The app data is not updated so can’t login/ register with several card number. Useless app for iOS, Apple should remove it from store.
