When are you going to refund us
Everyone who originally bought this app, PAID FOR IT, really deserves their money back. Because this is literally a rip off and a scam. I paid for a photo editing app that was then completely taken away and changed and is not even remotely the same. We are entitled to a refund because we paid for a product that you as the creators of the app deliberately and disrespectfully took away from us. You used the money from the app to change it instead of just making another app. That's a scam. I want my money back. I don't know how many times I have to keep saying this. It's ridiculous and offensive to everyone who purchased the original app
Seriously amazing
I love this app!!! It basically makes your pictures really colorful, it's amazing! (: there's some effects you can use if you're just messing around and you don't care if people know your pics are edited, and there's some that are serious edit type effects where the pic looks a lot better but is believable and you can't tell it's edited. ATTENTION: this isn't for people who take a million selfies, it isn't to edit your pimples out and make your eyelashes blacker. This app is for scenery and pictures of water and beaches and nature and stuff like that. :)You should buy this app rather than a free one because these effects are different than the ones on all the free apps! These are effects that you can ONLY find on this app, believe me I would know because I have used most of the editors available on iTunes!It's super amazing, definitely worth the 99 cents!
Need to add more options
Hi, I just down loaded your app DeluxeFX . This is a good app, but iif i want to add itmes to it i have to use one of my other apps. i have so many picture apps i would like to find just one that has it all. There are a few things that are a must that you need to incorporate into this app to make it the best one out there. 1) in the overlays you need to add an erase option so if you have people in the picture you can erase the overlay off of them so their not funny looking. 2) have it so you can move the overlay around on the picture. 3) have text so you can add wording to it 4) clipart .
THE BEST PHOTO APP EDITING!!
I've been using Deluxefx app for a year now and I must say is the TOP BEST PHOTO APP EDITING EVER! I love everything about this app the filters are amazing with so many colors to choose from! overlays are fantastic for that extra special touch on any photo! The quality of the picture never changes after applying the filters which makes it even better! And is so easy to use I've been editing my photos using my iPad & iPhone5 and so far NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! I strongly recommend this app A MUST BUY!😊

Reduce photo size from 2448 to 1024 px
Nowhere in the product description did it mention that the app would reduce the size of your photos. My photo looked great on a retina screen (iPhone 5s and MacBook Pro) and I could see the details of the object very clearly, until it went through this app, then it became blurry and pixelated!I use Mextures as well which is amazing and it doesn't mess with your photo size. With phone screens getting bigger and bigger and more and more people having retina phones these days, it's hard to believe that an app that reduces your photo size to 1024 px dares to charge for money.I'm getting a refund from Apple and I highly recommend that you don't waste your money on this. Even if you think your photos look good on your screen, they are going to look really bad on bigger phones or computers with high-res screens.
Colorful
DeluxeFx is a colorful and fun to use app! Its filters and overlays can transform a lifeless picture into something magical. It will work best on scenery images such as landscapes and still life. It's best suited for people who are looking for fast and easy editing and like to share their photos on social networks. This app has its limitations and may not be considered a serious editing application like Snapseed, Camera+, Leonardo, etc. It automatically crops an image into a square-no landscape mode or freedom to crop a picture to desired format( major flaw)! Pretty Toy-like-Camera filters have minuscule adjustments (light and vibrance only) and can not be combined. Output resolution is rather low for printing purposes. Personally I don't find filter effects cheesy at all. On the contrary, once you've found a perfect match for your photo, DeluxeFX does wonders!! DeluxeFx is one one those cute apps that's just fun to use for color and vibrance, but not for major editing. I do recommend it!
Makes my photos brilliant!!!
Very easy to use & simple interface. I am not a photographer, but this app helps my photos come alive & make me look like I know what I'm doing!;-) Fantastic for landscape, sky, water, etc. shots, but will work w/ anything. The features have a broad range of filters & very cool add-ons such as stars, sun rays, & wild things like confetti. I would recommend this app to anyone. Especially those who enjoy taking & editing photos on their iPhone. Well done!!!!
Love it... Almost to 5 stars!
I love this app, the features are amazing and always improving! This app has such cool and unique features to really make your picture awesome. My two request/issues with the app are... You have to crop your photos, you can't select what size/shape to edit, they have to be square like Instagram used to be which is unfortunate especially if you're using them to edit photography and it's not just for social media… Also my other issue is that the resolution when you save them is so low that there's a lot of things you can't use them for, so if the app developers are reading this please let us select a shape and have a better resolution for saving, even if it's an in app purchase of $.99 or whatever to get the features. With that said kudos to you developers for making such a fun and useful app. And if you're reading this review deciding if you should download the app, the answer is YES!! 👍
My first choice of photo editor
If you are like me that like to take scenic photos, and often times are not satisfied with the color quality, this is THE editing app you should have. I have looked at just about everything available, and this is the best so far. My only wish is that I would like to have an iPad version with higher resolution, and hope to see more filters coming out once in a while.
