Favorite with my 4 yr old

I have been amazed by how much my four year old loves this app. He has become extremely interested in the bible story (a huge plus) and I have seen him practice and practice at one of the achievements until he's been able to unlock it. It's really been wonderful to watch -- his determination and skill develop. Would love for another bible story to be available like this one.

WE LOVE THIS GAME SOOOOOOO MUCH!

My brother and I have had SOOO much fun with this game! We literally have it on EVERY device in our house. We will play and play and play and if you ask me my favorite part, it would probably be the Lyre/Banjo/Electric Guitar scene. I love that you can play mini games and help defeat Goliath… I also enjoy trying to get all of the Achievements. The only problems I have with this game is that you have to BUY the second half and have to wait SOOO long for the second half to load, but it is SOOOOO worth the wait. If you have this game, I KNOW you agree, like, right?

Thank God it’s not another subscription!

I am willing to pay an app purchase price, but I am very disgusted how everything is becoming subscriptions. I do wish that apps were more upfront with the costs, though. That said. This is well-done and fun! I am not much a of a gamer, so that says something; I was looking for something clean for my kids and this came up. I want more Bible stories PLEASE! It is unique and engaging. I believe that the format brings the story to life and helps kids remember through the process of the games. Honestly they’re not even going to ‘feel’ like they’re learning something. It brings the story to life and makes you laugh along the way. You have to touch the characters often, maybe there could be more interactive choices included with this? Possibly more hidden items to find within each scene? Overall I am excited to have stumbled across this. I can’t wait to show the kids!

Lovvvve it 😍

I really like this app. It's fun to play, but also tells this bible story accurately. I only wish that there were more like them. So if you could please make some more apps like this.(Edit) I have an Apple device and when I updated to iOS 11 it’s incompatible with the new software. So I’m begging you, for the people who use Apple products please update to iOS 11 so I can play the game again!!! In the meantime I’ll keep an eye out for an update.

Fun way to interact with Bible stories!

Fun way to bring Bible stories to life - I hope they make more! The games can be hard for young kids but offer a good challenge for older kids and can be skipped if they're too difficult. I didn't appreciate David's proud attitude about his sling skills as I felt it was inconsistent with his Biblical character. But overall this is a great resource out their for kids to interact with Bible stories!

Took me back to my childhood days!

This is AMAZING! When I was younger I used to play a lot of point and click games, and this was so hilarious! I love that it stays to the overall theme of the Bible but also adds in some fun to keep the little one’s entertained. BTW I love it when David just whips out an electric guitar and the sheep start head banging! 😂

Lots of fun and great storytelling

The gameplay is quite fun and if you like mini-games you’ll enjoy. The stories weave together something on one hand total fun comedy and on the other serious sunday school bible lessons. Only thing I don’t like so far is number of taps required to continue through the stories. My kids used to watch Veggie Tales when they were little and the humor in the game reminded me of that. Enjoying so far ...

Literally phenomenal

This creators of this game should make many more just like it for all of the classic bible stories we remember hearing as kids. The story is biblically accurate and told in a way that’s interesting, interactive and even funny- including some analogies or depictions that bring things to present day. The mini games that help move the story along can be changed in difficulty or ever skipped all together for very small children. The hardest setting was challenging even for me! And My own son is four and it’s quickly become his favorite! He has played through the story several times on the Easy setting and can answer questions about it that he would have never retained squirming in his seat in Sunday school. I think the details go much deeper than what’s commonly included in the basic children’s version. I’d give it 10 stars if I could and I’d pay more than 2.99 for it too. If they had 20 more I’d spend it all to download them all for my son. I also teach Sunday school, my class is 4th and 5th grade and once this pandemic is over and we can go back to class I’m going to have them all download this game. I think they will enjoy it too!

Really fun and accurate!

I don’t usually rate games, but this game was so fun! Most bible games are trivia or scripture quizzes. The children’s apps are often retold in a way that minimizes or otherwise changes scriptural fact. I love this game because it is neither of these! I fell in love with the hidden achievements, storyteller voice, and accuracy of biblical story. I wish Righteous Tales has other bible games for purchase.It was also very challenging on the hard mode! There were some boards I couldn’t beat! I really enjoy this game! Totally worth the price!

very very nice

no glitches! worth purchasing the whole story! A nice update would be to add a level about a/the bear David faught! very funny and theatrical! apart from that it is a great app! now to go back to ace some levels ........oh yeah a hint button could be helpful in finding those seemingly impossible to find ones!
