Don't let young kids play the free version!!

The ads (and there are a ton) are NOT AGE APPROPRIATE for the game!!! If you purchase the app, you're fine. But if you download the free version, expect your kids to witness snipers blowing people's heads off (blood sprays out after the head is shot), characters and people getting killed, tortured,chopped up, burned alive, stabbed, blown up, and blood spraying. There's also an ad that shows a woman using magic to make her breasts larger (in case you're cornered with young impressionable girls being concerned with body image or just flat out don't want your kids to see that). As far as the game itself, it's fun and age appropriate. Just pay for the game if your kids are playing it so they don't see the ads (that pop up every 7-8 seconds or so if you're playing continuously). The least they could do for a kids game is make the ads kid appropriate. They need to step up on this!

No school like the old School!!!

NARF! This game is an absolute blast from my past! Cut the Rope is definitely one of my favorite Throwback games! POIT! 🍭🍬😃😃 I can’t believe how far Om Nom has come. It only feels like yesterday, I was playing the original Cut the Rope when I was 11. I’m 23 now and I STILL love this little guy and I always will. Thank you Zeptolab. And thank you Om Nom for being a part of my childhood when life was tough for me.

Kicked out?

I love this game series I’ve been obsessed with it for the past couple of days but yesterday I got some issues. Every time I pressed the ad button or get free hint button or just pressing the next level button it would kick me out, and when I re open the app it makes me start over the whole level. :( really upset by this, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, I’ll update if anything changes

Fun but ends too soon

Very fun well it lasts but it’s over too soon and I don’t really want to spend money to unlock the next level. Once you get to the fish mode, it costs like 500 crystals but you don’t earn crystals easily and when you do earn it, you don’t earn a lot. So there are two ways you can play this game :- You can download it for free and just play until you finish the shrink mode and the fly mode then delete it (like me)- Or, you can download it, prepared to pay money to complete all the modes

Rip

So, I have been playing cut the rope for years. I have played every version there is. I love this game, except, this time, i redowloaded the game and ended up paying the 2.99 for it. Fine. But problem is, I can’t get to the third page of the book because no matter how many levels I go back and collect all 3 starts for, it continues to tell me that I have to collect 86 more stars to continue on. At this point, I am only missing about 5 starts to have full 3 stars on every level. I am not sure if the game is glitched or what the issue is but I’m not paying 20 dollars to be able to play the rest of the game. Hopefully developers you can help me with a solution to this.

Nothing I paid for is showing up in game

I really wanted to love this game but I’m really frustrated. I paid for the upgrade to remove ads and have unlimited energy but nothing happened in game and I still have ads every 2 tries. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my device, restored my purchases and reached out to the developers twice and nothing worked. I also was using iCloud save, but when I deleted the game it made me lose all my progress and start completely over again. I wish they would fix the in-game issues before pushing a subscription service for $10/month.

solution for ads😉

It's a nice game but the ads are awful and your energy finish soon but I can find a good solution.first of all you play and use up all your energy while your wifi is off then when your energy finish turn your wifi on then click on the next level stay 2 or 3 second the watch ad and get energy button become available then turn your wifi on and press that button and you get energy without watch and keep your wifi off when you play and booom ads disappear good luck🤗🤗🤗

Fun and Unique, but too Limited

Cut the Rope: Magic is an overall good game. There are many unique mechanics such as turning Om-Nom small, the antagonist (Wizard Spider), and the modernized graphics compared to older Cut the Rope games. I would have rated it a 4 out of 5 or even a 5 out of 5 stars, but the reason why it is held back at a 3 out of 5 is because of how limited the gameplay is. Om-Nom tends to get full too quickly and it takes a while for him to completely regain his appetite. Om-Nom’s appetite system doesn’t mean that the game is absolutely terrible though; I still enjoy playing it whenever Om-Nom is hungry due to the previously mentioned factors it has. It is diverse, it is formatted similarly to Cut the Rope 2, and I also enjoy upsetting the Wizard Spider when I succeed to give the candy to Om-Nom.This game is overall fun and unique and I feel like the rating I gave it is well-deserved.

A solid game with too many crashes

Cut in the rope magic was the last amazing franchise to ever exist for a 6 year old game and it had a lot of interesting levels, designs and powers that we can use to get to the candy but there’s a problems with ads and crashes but more problem is the crashing because I got a lot of crashes in this game and the game has never been touched nor fixed so yeah giving it for 4 star for classic but with too many crashes

One of the best ever

This is the best game ever and also the best of the “cut the rope” series. Graphs are great, however the excess of ads and the lack of updates (with new challenges) were responsible for the 2 stars that I took out of this review. I’ve paid for the gold version and now you only need to watch ads for getting extra crystals or hints (it was unplayable before with too much ads). Besides that, I paid to unlock all levels ($2.99) and now the magic crystals are useless. In my opinion crystals should be also used to buy hints and not new maps only. Frequent updates, with new challenges, is always a way to continually earn money through ads (unfortunately developers don’t care about this game anymore). Developers, please think carefully in adding new levels often to turn this game in a endless one…
