New levels are so difficult

Super fun. After reaching character upgrade 51 new cloud levels unlocked. There are no more character upgrades and the new levels are brutally difficult.

Cursed Treasure original no longer supported?

I enjoy this game but I also have the original cursed treasure. Lately cursed treasure will not open because it needs to be updated and I can no longer find it on the App Store. It was a great game and I love to play in my spare time please bring it back.

Used to be good.

I bought this game before Game Club owned it, so I’ve been grandfathered into the full version of this game. I love tower defense games and enjoy this version particularly. The mechanisms for upgrading and playing are great. Plus, who doesn’t love playing the “bad guy” sometimes. But now Game Club is peppering me with ads every time I play. I specifically bought the game so I wouldn’t have to look at ads and to support the developers. GC may have bought the rights to this game, but they’ll never see any money from me because they keep trying to sell me on their other games when I already paid to be left alone.

Very annoyed

I remember when I didn’t have to pay for the game, it was an amazing game, one of my favorite of all time and I was coming back for nostalgia, I used to play on computer but I tried it on my phone, I hate the fact that you now have to pay for the mobile version monthly, it was one of my favorite games of all time and I would play it for hours on end, but now that game club owns it, it seems to have fallen apart and with it my hopes for the mobile version have crashed and burnedI will not be playing a game club game ever again, and you can count on that. I’m not paying a subscription for a game, I’d rather just buy the game.

Doesn’t work

First of all this is a subscription. You have to pay $5/mo to be able to play this game. I absolutely loved this game so I didn’t have a problem paying. However, last year the app stopped working. It needs updated to be able to run on newer iOS versions but it hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. But they didn’t have a problem continuing to take my money for months while I was hopeful the game would eventually start working. I finally canceled the subscription after realizing they don’t care anymore.

Dirty sales tactics

I enjoy these games, I played them when they were on all those flash game sites. I was excited to find it on the App Store. Starting them game you have to navigate several pop ups that make it seem like you have to sign up for their game library to play, for a small fee of course. After finding may way around that I was able to play the first two maps which were as fun as I remembered. The third map has a paywall. You can not play it without paying for their subscription game library. If they wanted money to play their game, they should have said so up front and not trick people into installing it, giving them a taste and pulling the old pusherman tactic of “the first one is free, but the next will cost you.” Dirty, underhanded, dishonest, don’t waste your time. There’s probably a clone out there that’s free to play and has all the same features.

Won’t even start-Don’t support GameClub

I love this game with all my heart but GameClub/Apple ruined this game on Mobile. Ever since the integration I can’t even play the game. It won’t even launch. At all. It just crashes half a second into launching the game. I’ve been trying to get help from GameClub/Apple and have gotten no answers. 10/10 game but it won’t even play or start thanks to the company running it and their .5/10 customer service.

Way to ruin a great game

Greed. Corporate greed has all but ruined gaming, and this is no exception. The first two levels they remind you that this game is also apart of a Apple Arcade like subscription, a monthly fee to pay for a once free to play flash game! Unbelievable!!!! When you try to play the third level you’re greeted with the option to purchase a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. The only way to proceed is to pay a monthly fee!!!

“Free” not “free”

Sure the game claims to be “free”. What it is really is a scam to get you to what is essentially a DEMO of the first 2 stages. From there you are stuck in an endless loop for them wanting you to subscribe. My suggestion if you really want to play is do the free month then delete the sub and game. why bother make a game and claim it to be free if you have to pay a sub. LOAD OF CRAP!!! I loved cursed treasure, but coming to 2 with high hopes. I was just annoyed and wanted to drop kick the company backing that trash idea.

Paywall

I’d be less annoyed if it said up front it was a paid game. Instead, you get two levels and then can’t advance because, if you don’t sign up for a monthly subscription, you’re bounced out of the game… not that it tells you that. You click play, click no thanks, click done, and you end up back at the mercy where you’re free to click play again and go through the same loop.
