Useless on mobile

This app does not allow you to actually use CrossClip to create videos. You can only manage previously created videos that were uploaded to crossclip, providing no true value for the user.Until you can obtain the actual benefit of CrossClip editing for mobile, this will remain a 1 star for me as it provides no value.

It’s not for mobile

It’s not a mobile app. The app directs you to a website that tells you that you can only do it on desktop. Does not belong in the App Store.

Trash don’t waste time

You can’t upload videos over 250MB which is huge bummer. Hardly any editing tools. And you can’t use app to edit. O and they want 5 bucks a month for no extra features.

Where has this been

All my life. Simple. Works. And best part is that the clips I uploaded to tiktok thanks to the app are already doing well. Was just messing around and am impressed

Great site. App is is just a download client.

You can’t edit videos using this app. You have to go to a desktop web browser to edit the videos and then download them from this app. Would be more convenient to do it all from iOS.

Not worth buying the monthly subscription

The quality of my clips are lowered by A LOT. You have to edit on desktop and view clips on the app of your phone. The app glitches and malfunctions quite frequently. I have been trying for an hour to access my clips to post a TikTok and the app just shows a black screen. I’ve reset, and uninstalled my app a few times and still nothing. If you can download your clips there’s way better apps that offer more and are free.

Good idea needs work

I got this for my iPad and all I can do in the app is login. It then tells me to go to their website to edit clips. I can’t move any of the boxes on the website. It also says my edited clips will show up in the app and they don’t. It’s a really good idea it just needs work.

Not the greatest

Yeah it’s not the greatest. Followed some tik tok advice and it doesn’t sync up videos to voice, cuts videos off before they’re done and always exhausts my computer trying to put out these low quality videos. Go watch my most recent ones for reference .

App doesn’t edit

Why make an app where you can’t even edit your clips from mobile? Tons of better options out there, this app is practically worthless

Description

Crossclip is the easiest way for livestreamers to turn Twitch clips and other short videos into content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. One of the most effective ways to grow your channel and gain viewers is to post content across multiple platforms, but layouts and orientations are fundamentally different when you’re livestreaming. Crossclip makes it easy to post your content across multiple platforms, and gives your channel the best opportunity to reach more viewers and grow your audience.

GET CLIPS Head to crossclip.io to get started. Either enter the URL of the Twitch clip you would like to use, or upload the video file. Once imported, you’ll be taken to the editor. EDIT Select a preset layout or start from scratch. You can add and rearrange layers, clip your videos, and drag content boxes around the screen. When you’re finished, just click compile. OPTIMIZE Once happy with your clip, select your desired frames per second (FPS) and output resolution (720 or 1080). You can remove the watermark and outro video. DOWNLOAD Once you’ve clicked compile, open this app and log in with Twitch to see all your clips in one place. Download, delete, or share your clips to different platforms. You will also receive an email notification when your clip has finished compiling. SHARE On each video, you’ll have the option to share directly to TikTok and other platforms when they’re available. Happy clipping!
