Why do game devs do this nowadays?

iPhone games used to be interesting, became iconic and were enjoyable. Games like this are just as generators. Only 2-3 levels were remotely interesting, then it is just watch an ad before you absent mindedly spent 4 seconds on a level, then watch another 30 second ad until the next boring, eventless level. Ads make it no fun

Forced ads after every level make this game undesirable and absolutely no fun fun to play The game itself isn’t that great. Good time killer but nothing spectacular. But the ads between levels makes it a bad game

Too many ads

The game was fun. Spent more time watching ads than actual play time. Levels take like 10 seconds and then spend a minute getting back to the game from the ad. There’s an ad that constantly runs at the bottom which I’m ok with. I would even be ok if there’s an ad after like ten levels. I don’t care how fun a game is, I will not play one where there’s more time watching ads than actual play time.

Ads speak to a larger problem

The AppStore has driven prices so low (to nothing) that developers have to resort to blinding users with endless and lengthy ads to market other games. Once you play these games the developers expect you to pay $10 to $30 to gain assets or lives. The sad part is that the developers read these complaints yet don’t bother to change their practices. This developer and their pricing practice is deplorable. Don’t waste your time downloading and for 7 seconds of game play and 1 minutes of ads.

Trash game

I watched an add for this game trying to play another game which was similar to this game (I would assume). After the game downloaded opened the app to play, and the app wouldn’t even load. The app would start, then display the creators names, and just freeze on the loader screen forever. I couldn’t even rate the game off of fun or any other factor but I’m sure regardless it would be a 1 star because if this game is like any other mobile game it would have an add after every level that would take 4 seconds leaving you with more add watching than play time. All in all, this game is trash

Good but bad

The first five or six levels are pretty tricky and fun but the rest are boring I’m on level like fifty-six and it’s still boring. The other person is right every time I finish a boring level theres an ad that’s probably even a minute other than that it’s a pretty good game thanks for the effort.😄

Towing crane

It’s not bad of a game. Yes challenging, but the ads on it makes it very difficult. They are way too long and it freezes the game. Where I must clear the game out and restart it. Other than that I just started it and I can’t really say if it’s a worthwhile keeping it.

Way to many ads

I understand you have to have ads to make money. But before you start playing, in the middle of playing and two at the end is insane and pisses me off. I’m just gonna delete the game. I had some playing and liked it over all. But the ads make me wanna go club baby seals

The best ad game yet

If u like ads, this game is for u. Play the game for 5-8 seconds and then get a full 40 second ad. Want the reward, watch an ad. Want to move forward in the game? Watch an ad. It is awesome. You average 2 minutes in ads for every 15 seconds of actual game play. I wouldn’t wish this game on the criminals in out supermax prisons.
