Very deceiving

I thought when you paid the monthly fee you would be able to get your picture. That isn’t how it works. You have to buy coins plus the monthly fee. I would like my one month fee back.

Not a real app, reported to Apple as a fraud

This looks like an app to put virtual costumes on your pet and then buy a print if you want it. It is not. It’s just an ad for their store, with no functionality. Reporting to Apple as a violation of terms of service.

False advertising

It's $9.99 to subscribe. Then you have to buy coins to see your pet in a setting. The $9.99 gets you nothing except and invitation to pay more.

Fake - payment made and no response

I paid for the app, bought the coins, added to cart and was promised pictures that were never delivered!

Horrible

Would give it 0 stars but they wouldn’t let me. Terrible! I paid $10 for a premium month. After choosing my image they wanted my to buy coins for $20 to pay for the image. I cancelled but lost $10 & got NOTHING! Terrible app!

Rip off

They make you pay a monthly subscription then you have to buy coins on top of that too have your pet portraits done. I bought coins and they still don't show up in my account 🤷🏻‍♀️ total waste of money.
