First time I used it it went seamlessly. However as the ongoing virus escalated. They canceled two of my orders. Being over 65 and attempting to follow recommendations this made it impossible to do. Perhaps they need to prioritize their process.
They’ll tout the app as a way to earn rewards but the rewards section of their app doesn’t work and will not allow you to use your rewards. And if you ask them about it in the store they shrug and say they put into a call to the company that runs the app which appears to be their company. Maybe you should hire an actual app developer and you stick to selling groceries.
