Worked perfectly for timing my contractions. Had no issues at all. My screen didn’t go dark or to sleep mode while using the app, which made it even easier. I just kept my phone on me and hit the button to start and stop each contraction I had. It automatically generated the time gap between each and for how long each contraction lasted and at what time it occurred. Super easy and accurate.
Freezes repeatedly. Takes over a minute to load. Has ads that pop up before I can time a contraction. Completely useless. In an incredibly time sensitive area like tracking contractions, this is a waste of time. And adds stress to a situation that doesn’t need it.
I paid for this app to avoid the ads. It has the basic function and I guess it would work when the time comes to count contractions. Other features such as identifying Braxton-Hicks contractions or show a graphic to show the frequency and length would be useful to add (for the paid version).
This is exactly what I was looking for to help keep track of contractions. It’s simple and easy to read.
I tracked my contractions all day until it was time to go to the hospital, Thankyou for this app!
This was the perfect distraction for me during my labor. From start to finish, my labor was a whopping 2 hours. My contractions were so strong I couldn’t conversation with anyone and made it to the hospital just in time - almost had a car baby. This app was exactly the distraction that I needed to focus on to make it through without an epidural. The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to print my contraction log. With my first, we have a small piece of paper that my husband was timing and writing down each contraction and we put it in her baby book. Would love to do the same thing for our rainbow baby.
Every time I’ve needed to open the app to record a contraction starting, it freezes and I have to restart the app, agree to user whatever and skip an ad before I can start the timer. Pen and paper is more convenient than this app. Deleting now.
Simple and works well, as log as you remember to toggle each time
Better contraction app than most, doesn’t trap you into a snare of unwanted ads. Do wish I could customize the background color, cause, maybe I think pink is lame?
This app was very useful in tracking my wife’s contractions as she was close to labor. Thank you so much to the creator of the app.
CMate is an application to track labor contractions. It's really easy to use to, just press the start/stop button at the top of the home screen and the app will automatically generate a list of contractions - pre-filled with duration, gap and time. Features: - Start and stop button for measuring labor contractions - Display of time/gap/duration in list form below the start/stop button - Deleting of list items - Option in settings to stop the screen from sleeping - Multiple accent color choices(not just pink!) - Continuation: even if you close the app you can come back to it and your last time will still be kept.
