Disappointed

Seemed like a great idea so I downloaded the app. I was sorely disappointed when I couldn’t get all my devices to show at the same time. For example, my watch shows only the battery level for the watch. My phone shows its battery level and the level for the watch. My iPad Pro shows it’s level and the level for the watch. Unfortunately, no device shows all three levels rendering the app relatively useless. All three devices are on the same Apple ID, the Bluetooth is enabled, and I’ve got plenty of storage space. Plus, there’s no way to contact the developer for help and the FAQs were no help. The last straw was the almost porno ads. I’m uninstalling. Hopefully a developer will release a similar app that actually works. Ok, I can admit when I’m wrong. I finally got this app to work thanks to an article in Mac Life magazine and it’s quickly become one of my favorite apps. I’m now giving the app a 4 star rating. If the app instructions were a bit more intuitive, I’d give it a solid 5 star rating. See - there is a thin line between love 🥰 and hate 😡Still loving the app, I just wish I could see the battery percentages on the iPhone widget like you can on the iPad

This little Utility is AWESOME!!

I have multiple iOS devices and keeping track of the battery status between them all has been a hassle... until now! When I downloaded this app, I wasn’t sure it would work very well. But after using it a couple of months, I absolutely LOVE this app. It does exactly what it claims. I have had ZERO problems with it tracking ALL of my OS and iOS devices. I’m very happy. The developer did a GREAT job and as a reward, I have now upgraded to the paid version. If you need to track multiple OS and iOS device battery status, this app will do it well!!

Great App!

Impressive app. I like the sharing feature which allows you to track multiple devices across different iCloud accounts.One request: I’d love to get better corner complications for the Apple Watch similar to the native Battery complications. Right now, the only complication option is a circular Ring but the native Battery app offers a curving bar with the battery percentage below the bar for watch faces that have a round dial in the center and four corner complications (e.g. Metropolitan). I’d love to get that curving bar complication. As it is, I haven’t added the Cloud Battery complication to my watch face because of the aesthetic difference, even though I know it slows the syncing process.Otherwise, keep up the good work! Really appreciate small independent developers solving problems for the rest of us.

Great app, a few annoying issues…

This app allows you to see the charge state of multiple iOS, Mac, and other (Bluetooth) devices. It more or less works well and has several useful features. It actually shows the charge percentage unlike the “Find My” battery status which is helpful if you are waiting to see if a device is charged and it’s not with you. However, it annoyingly prompts you to enable Bluetooth every few minutes even if you aren’t tracking the charge state of any Bluetooth devices. There seems to be no way to to disable this. It occurs as a modal dialog, even when using other apps. If they would fix this issue, this app would be almost perfect.

Great idea, but often wildly inaccurate

My laptop has 100% battery and this app installed (according to the instructions provided). Right next to my laptop are an iPhone and an iPad with this app installed (according to their instructions). All three devices are connected to the same 1GB WiFi network (and my devices are the only devices on the network). However, ALL of Cloud Battery apps report this laptop's battery is 55%—even the app on the laptop! This kind of innacuracy if very common in my first week of experience. The major innacuracies seems to be the result of delays in updates between the devices. Sometimes it can take hours for the apps to update, which defeats the purpose of the app. Even if these delays are not the developer's faulty (e.g., because the delays trace back to Apple's iCloud), I cannot recommend the app.If the app weren't a great idea, it'd be 1 star, but at least the idea is good, hence 2 stars.

Really good and so close to being perfect

This app is amazing don’t get me wrong. I already paid for the full version because how much I love it. The only thing I wish it could do better is have a better Apple Watch user interface and also to be a little more accurate on the battery percentage. For example, it will show my iPhone battery being at 75% but when I check my battery percentage on the top right corner of my iPhone it will actually be 74%.If the refresh rate can be improved by a little bit it would be perfect and also to have an option for AirPods?

Keep app open in background at all times

I had initially submitted a bad review because the app wasn’t updating automatically. If you encounter this issue, keep in mind that if you want to check your mac or iPad or apple pencil battery from your iPhone, the app needs to stay open on the app switcher (for iPad) or the tool bar (for mac) at all times for it to be updating info automatically. I believe it still will be nice if it could be updating when the app is completely closed.

Need some help

I have loaded the app because I have 5 iOS devices that i use regularly and wanted to keep track of the battery status. Seems to work on individual devices, but not all. Iwatch 5 shows three watches and i only have one and no other devices show up. iPad 12, iPad Air 2, iPad mini show some devices, but not all and IPhone does not show up on any of the devices. AirPods show up on everything. It may just be me, but i cant get it to work for all devices. Any suggestions? Purchased the full version. Restarted everything twice for clean boot. Frustrating right now. Also, app support is useless. Says it cannot connect to this source. Not helpful at all.

Soooo helpful!!!

Finally, an app that can show me the real-time battery status of all my Apple devices… iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, Apple Pencil, iPods, etc. And it works beautifully! As a former IT software developer myself, it’s very clear to me that this app has been carefully crafted with a lot of attention to even the smallest details. Cloud Battery is an absolute joy to use, and it saves me a lot of time every day because I no longer have to go and check the battery status of each device individually.My thanks to the developer for creating this simple but brilliant masterpiece!

Fantastic iCloud Battery App Widget

Was very impressed with this app and had to buy the paid/no ads version. App works surprising well on telling me what the battery percentage is on all my iDevices. I have an iPhone, Watch, iPad Pro and regular iPad and this app shows all the devices at once. Was pretty easy to set up and the intervention is seamless. App widget updates very often in the background. Few different options are available on the appearance of the widget. Seamless iCloud battery percentage sync across all your devices. Very glad I found this app and wished I found it earlier.
