I am so angry they won’t update this!

I have always enjoyed Elephant Games and respected them and the work they do. This should be a simple fix. Everyone (except for one or 2 reviewers) is citing the exact same problem: the fire puzzle cube freezing. I do not understand why they would choose to antagonize their loyal followers who play every game they put out by not updating this game so it works. It’s ridiculous!Previous:It looks like it’ll be a good game and I usually would’ve bought it without trying it first but so many people had problems that I tried it first. I’ll keep it downloaded to see if it updates to fix the problem that all but one reviewer seems to be having with that puzzle. It freezes the whole game.

Many problems

Glitch on puzzle box. Had to restart and skip the game. Then later in the game, tried to use the map and the game locked up. I had to restart to proceed. This happened several times with the map. For the price of this game, your QA is very poor. Please update or refund.

Fix

Having the same problems with the puzzle box. I can’t even skip. We pay to much money for games that are short and have to many problems. I wish they would lower the price or give us longer games with no problems

Wailing waters

Update. Really? Sorry you are having problems, don’t know why but I’m sailing through the game with no problems. And as I said hunchback had all kinds of troubles and monster slow. At this point I’m rating on can I play it and can it keep my attention. Ignore my ratings if not helpful for you or just wait for it to be deleted as usual. Morphing objects and puzzle pieces fun pass time. Beautiful scenery. No problems after playing off and on for two days. Giving a 5 as only game I haven’t quit in the middle in awhile. Still need to finish hunchback and monster. I do not like the mundi games, tried a few and didn’t go back. Looking forward to Halloween Chronicles though. Reloading makes me an unhappy player so let’s get it right.

Game was on the short side

My other complaint is it was extremely hard to see collectibles and puzzle pieces. Otherwise, it was solid game. So I guess I’m glad I waited to play. They obviously have fixed whatever glitch was plaguing the game.

Skip button won’t work

Glitch early on in game

Game froze about 5 minutes in during puzzle box minigame when choosing order of flames. Had to force close then skip it. The rest of the game was fine though.

Glitchy

Glitch before trial is even over. After all the recent glitches & short games @ $7.00, I’m starting to think we are being taken advantage of. I enjoy these games & have been a dedicated customer for years but I would rather support someone that values their customers.

Puzzle Box Glitch

I am having the same problem as Kiwi with the puzzle box freezing the game up. I was forced to skip the puzzle as well. I already purchased the game before trying out the free trial because I have always been happy with the games from this app developer. I am hoping there will be a update soon to fix the issue. If the problem gets fixed I would happily update my game review / rating to a 5 from what I have played of it so far...

Well, I emailed you once again and not a word. Shocking @@Catalina was not the only gamer to send you an email. I sent one to you Nov of last year. Never heard received a response from you. And there are probably others that offered their helpGive the other players and reviewers the benefit of the doubt. We would all love to have the HOPA developers port to iOS; Amax, Boolat, Five-BN, Blue Tea, Orneon, Daily Magic, Vendel, amongst others, in addition to the thousands of PC games BF has still on their site.
