長庚醫療財團法人為響應政府無紙化及節能減碳政策，固定資產透過QR-CODE，透過手機搭配APP行動資訊系統，提供員工更及時、更便利之作業模式，並且減少紙張列印及電話通知、電腦就源輸入之庶務性工作。 長庚固定資產行動資訊系統提供以下作業項目： 1. 固定資產盤點： 透過就源讀取固定資產QR-CODE，減少紙張列印、填寫、呈簽及輸入電腦等庶務性作業，並可更加落實盤點作業之執行。 2. 固定資產基本資料查詢： 可更及時且便利取得固定資產相關資訊，簡化作業並提升工作效率。 而後續將提供 1. 固定資產請修作業： 以手機搭配APP取代舊由電話通知或電腦就源輸入之請修作業，並主動回饋案件處理進度，減少聯繫、跟催等庶務性作業。 2. 固定資產保養作業： 方便取得固定資產保養進度與執行情形，提升設備妥善率。 3. 固定資產操作手冊： 透過手機閱讀設備操作手冊，取代現狀紙本列印作業，並可減少遺失或毀損後再印製之成本支出。
