This game is a pile

This game made me so angry I had to write a review. It makes me even more angry that these developers are making money from such a 💩 game. They literally show TWO ADS between each level in the game. The game is not entertaining at all either. I’d say if you took all the ads out of the game you would probably get 5 minutes of “actual gameplay” (which is basically dragging and dropping parts into the right place) not to mention it’s not realistic in any way. To sum it up, I would rather beat off using franks red hot sauce as lube than play another second of this game. 🖕🏼to the devs of this game.

They should be ashamed of themselves

This isn't a game. It's just enough of anything to be able to sell ads. It is literally ridiculous. There is an ad before each level, and ad after each level, and sometimes they even stop you mid level for....you guessed it....an ad. The sad part is....they only give you about 2 mins total to do a level! (Not that it takes longer than that anyway). I was actually excited for this game when I saw the name and description....boy was I disappointed. If it were possible to rate something negative stars....is the ONLY way this game could earn more than 1 star. I hope they make enough to retire off this app....because they have no future in game making. Marketing probably even not so much.

Design

It works well as far as graphics and so forth but the moving of parts is horrible being able to move the camera may help but doesn’t always line the pieces up and help you. Way to many ads to enjoy but waiting to see complexity of builds and so forth. Don’t care much about the driving or anything but building all kinds of motors to be able to see the changes would be awesome

Review

Not to the Dev. And to anyone who wants to get this game. This game has a good concept to it but there are many problems that NEED to be fixed. First, the ads. They are RIDICULOUS. I have never seen so many ads in one game in my life. Dev., if you want this game to actually rise and be a good decent game which I know it can be, then you need to lower the ads. I’m not saying you need to banish all the ads but you do need to bring them down ALOT. Other then that, the game is sub-par. Dragging the parts on the engine overhaul section is not very reliable. The graphics are decent and the concept is good. So I have decided to give this app a 3. Game dev. I love your idea and work but if you want this game to go from ok to good, then these problems need to be solved. Thank you-E.M.R 1243

Ive never seen such WONKY CONTROLS

I am playing on a brand new, top phone with no lag or processing issues. That being said, when I click and hold on a part and attempt to drag it over, I expect the part to move. I have NEVER seen such wonky and frankly garbage controls. If this game’s controls were on the line for the after school basketball team, I would pick the kid with crutches before it. An alcoholic, red headed stepchild with no job and 3 Baby Mommas is less disappointing than this games controls. Please for the love of god, fix this. Also, the soundtrack is nice. 👍

Fair game

Hi the concept is good I’ve been looking for a game with the same concept for years but you can’t build a motor wen you can’t move the parts so that needs to be fixed and I get it you guys need to put the ads up there to keep their free more people downloaded but could you tell I’ve seen the same ad five times in one minute that need to stop OK if I don’t want to download episodes I don’t want to download episodes

Don’t pay to remove ads

Sure it’s only $2.00 but it is ridiculous there is so little to do in the game I’m sorry but would not recommend this game there is so many ads it is ridiculous then you pay $2.00 to get rid of them for what? Absolutely nothing the game is to short you don’t get to pick what goes in the car you don’t get to pick the color you don’t get any customization options waste of time money & space

More ads than game

I understand that as a developer you need money to build a source of revenue so you can pay for expenses especially for devs who are big companies... however when there is more ad than game it makes the game hard to play I had trouble trying to get the pieces onto the other table to start off with reading other reviews I saw that you’ve tried to solve this and it is apple that’s holding this back, but I feel that since I spent maybe 45 second placing parts from one side of a table to another in pain from the drag mechanic that the game has a lot of potential. Regardless the fact that I watched literally 3 minutes worth of ads for the 45 second of gameplay. If you were still going to make another game I’d suggest less ads, I understand that you need them for several reasons that are all important but you will just drive away people to watch them in the first place. Overall the game in enjoyable and would love to see games similar but refined.

The game is great for what it is!

I say you guys don’t deserve all the negativity. You have a great game, and it’s the only iOS game I’ve seen for free that allows you to rebuild an engine. While there are a lot of ads, I don’t mind because with a free game like this that’s how a company, especially a startup one, makes money. Some actual critiques are the touch controls could use a small bit of refinement, because while i played i noticed that sometimes I’d be trying to drag a piece to the bench and it wouldn’t register my touch, but other then that the game is fantastic. I’m sure that with a little more work, and a little perseverance you could make this into Car Mechanic Simulator for the phone.

Not an Accurate way to learn at all

Is very clear that developer of game does not know the process of engine building and is only teaching kids what not to do. I understand kids do not look at the comments but if they do do not take this game as accurate . You start with crankshaft it already has piston rods on it you put piston heads on the rods and then valves followed by cams and then Timing belt and fly wheel and then you add the block which is not by any means the order also V8 pulls a V8 out of the WRX and puts an inline four that looks like a EVO motor and makes the car RWD instead of AWD with a Flat four boxer motor it is very confusing on so many levels
