The best calculator needs an update
Still the best calculator and one of my most used apps but it needs an update to allow split screen work. Developer was very quick to respond to my email and is considering it on the next update.

Love it!
This is a fun calculator app! My favorite one when I need to do some quick math. It looks just like scratch paper! We even use it to keep score in our games. I really like that you can edit each number to fit your own handwriting. My daughter is learning Japanese and uses those Kanji symbols!
Very handy
It is easy to use and look or get previous numbers for next steps. I totally suggest it

This is a great app if you're looking for a simple calculator. It DOES let you draw your own numbers, however it saves what you draw and uses your writing when you type the number on the calculator later. You can't write the number on the screen as you're calculating. I don't mind that though. I think it's pretty cool to see my own handwriting on the screen even if it is a saved copy. You can always change it later. Great app! I would highly recommend!
BEST IOS CALCULATOR IN APPSTORE
I just love it, soooo flexible. Awesome. And great addon of quiz (for all of us math geeks). Buuuuut, i would of given it 5 stars for this version if it didn't crash when I delete a plus sign or faster load on past pages. Always room for improvement. I use iOS 5.1 newest and iPhone 4s. Keep it up.
Great developer
When I've run into problems or have had questions or suggestions about this app, I have contacted the developer and he has responded almost immediately. That's a big plus in my book.I purchased this app because I like being able to see the numbers I've put in, so I can see that I haven't made any input errors. It makes it very similar to what I would write on a paper if I were doing it by hand. I think that's a definite plus for this app, especially since no other calculator allows you that option, and, if you're like me, your fingers often hit buttons other than those you intended to hit! LOLHaving been a math teacher for 35 years, I think this would be an excellent calculator for kids. It reminds me of the old adding machine tapes, showing you step by step, the calculations you have input.Clicking out of the app closes your calculation, but if you swipe the page, the old calculations, that have been held in memory, will reappear. I really like that feature, and thank the developer for pointing it out to me when I thought I had lost my work.I've been using the app for about a year now, and it's still my favorite calculator app. It's unfortunate that it's not more easily found in the app store.
Great for students with dysgraphia
Love that it Displays similar to how students have to "show work" when they do math homework. My son with dysgraphia uses it for all his math assignments. Prior to this app, he had to have a scribe for math. Would love to see more functionality added, such as the ability to add letters or symbols by tapping on the screen
My go to calculator
This is the app I always go to for quick uncomplicated arithmetic. I have bought several others, but the elegant simplicity of this app makes it my favorite. If you are not in need of higher math as I suspect most are not for most every day calculations, like checkbook, simple percentages, etc. then this is the one to have.
