There’s just nothing like it
I’m a sucker for good design and good organization, this app has really check boxed as lot of things for me. While there are other pre-made label versions similar out there, they can’t touch the sheet customizability and modern user interface boxes has. Yes, there is always room for improvement; like multiple photos or multiple user iCloud sync capabilities, but neither are deal breakers for me and I still love it. You can tell the care the developer puts in and it shows. Thanks got making a great so guys.
Great app with fantastic support
I downloaded the App, tested it, asked a few questions of support and received responses quickly with accurate, helpful information. I have ordered some labels and will start doing my inventory this weekend. It will certainly help with finding various things in the house. We are always trying to remember where a certain item is that are only seldom used.We can share the data among the family members and export to a CSV file so this App will certainly cover what we need at a very good price.
Keep things organized during your move
I’ve been using this app to keep our boxes organized during a move. It is great and has a ton of useful features. You can use as many or a few of them as you want. The label printing is a great feature, but if you think that’s overkill you can still get a lot out of the app by just writing numbers on the box. The status function is very helpful. You can creat custom status assign boxes to different stages in your moving process. It defaults to only “packed” and “unpacked”. But you could add things like “ needs label” or long term storage”.
Military Moves
This app is so easy to use and the few dollars to upgrade is money well-spent. We are preparing for an upcoming move from Germany. While the movers would do everything, I prefer to pre-pack some things and this app is meeting all my needs for keeping my boxes organized. Labels print perfectly and QR code’s scan easily. If you add something to a box you just need to add it to the inventory under that label—no searching for a marker and writing it 5 times.The picture feature will assist in proving the condition and existence of high value items in an organized manner as well!I plan on taking note of the mover’s stickers and adding it to the notes section so that I can assist with inventory if there is any language barrier issue (often our packers are from the Middle East and Eastern Europe with little knowledge of English).Once we’re settled, this app will continue to serve me well for things like seasonal decor and other storage items.
Boxes is perfect for my organization system
I love this app! I was just starting to reorganize my closets and my storage unit, and Boxes is going to be perfect for what I want to do. I love that I can print out a bunch of labels to carry over to the storage unit, then I can create my inventory list for each box from my iPhone as I work. And I love that I can later search in the app to find out which box has whatever I need without digging through every box until I find it.I’m so glad I found this app!
Love this app
I am a crafter but I can never find everything I need for a project because my tools and supplies are scattered. I have been going through my craft supplies and sorting them into various boxes with this app. I am confident that I can find what I need using this storage system. I'm using bankers boxes with lids. I gave it 5 stars due to its usefulness however there are two improvements I would like to suggest. One is to be able to print the list of what's in each box just for convenience. The other is that it would be nice to be able to print a small box sticker to apply to items so that you can remove the items to use and then have the sticker on it to know quickly where to return the item.Both of these functions can be done through the app without changing anything but if the developers are looking for a challenge they may want to consider these ideas. Nevertheless it is a 5 start app.
Amazing app to keep you organized!
I was trying to figure out a way to keep all the baby and crafting items organized and this has really been a game changer. Previously when I stored items in a bin in the garage, it became a black whole and I would end up purchasing items that I already had, which only added to the clutter. Now with this app, it much easier to keep track of what I currently have, and also where it is located! In addition, I reached out to support to ask if there was a way to sort the bins alphabetically, and the developer quickly added that function in at the next update! This is my first time reviewing an app but felt like I had to share my great experience for others that are looking for a similar solution.
Outstanding app — super helpful and well designed.
This is a game changer for keeping track of things when you move or even pack things away for storage. We are printing our box labels directly on 4x6 index cards and they look great. Multiple people can be adding boxes simultaneously. Wish we’d had this last time we moved. The UI is thoughtfully designed, including the recent enhancement to support portrait mode on iPad. Thanks for a great app.
Lost all data when tried to convert account
Used it anonymously at first (with 8 categories and printed labels for 20+ boxes) and then changed my phone and when went back into app it worked if pressed to use anonymously again. I decided to save all the info and hoped converting the account would migrate the existing boxes to the new account but alas it just deleted all my boxes with no way to recover + I paid for extra boxes and images the first time and it would not restore my purchases. Very odd. Would love to give it 5 stars but sadly that’s a huge floor if the only way to migrate your existing data is to email it yourself.
I Love This App
I’ve written three other reviews for apps in my life. This is the fourth. This app allows me to keep track of all my possessions. I don’t have to go on an Easter egg hunt to find something I haven’t touched in a couple years. I simply do a quick text search and I have it in my hands with 60 seconds. It gives me the confidence to put things into storage without the fear of never being able to find it again. Good for inventorying your possessions and very useful (I would imagine) when moving. No digging through 20 boxes to find the lemon zester.
