Worst cash paying game of all

I’ve tried sticking it out, contacting support, dealing with ALL the issues and glitches and problem after problem I’m done with this app. It’s not worth it wasting your money. After reading all the reviews it seems pretty clear almost everyone has the same issue. Don’t let the short cliché 5 star reviews fool you. As soon as I started winning and tried to withdraw money suddenly the game can’t find any other players to match with and it just expires and refunds I’ve never had a problem matching with other players until I tried to withdraw money. Then I tried playing other games and unless I deposit money I will lose most matches by a few points yet I have no option to watch a video replay. Contacted support and they claim their video replay feature is currently not working. Which is funny because it seems to work when I win. Still they try to claim my matches are pending and expired and can never find another player to match with because ‘it takes longer to find players to match with at certain skill levels’ (their response to all these other reviews). If you’re good at a specific game and win often, they’ll just prevent you from being able To play that game all together. And the same as THE MAJORITY OF THESE REVIEWS, I can play on my mothers account and match instantly. Completely different game if you try to collect anything you win.

Set up to lose

Don’t download! I’ve spent a good portion of my time playing the games, and while they are absolutely fun, I do feel as though the cash games are rigged. For one, once I started playing the higher paid games, I’ve been set up against “players” 2 or 3 levels above me. With the Solitaire games, once I’ve cleared the deck in a fairly quick amount of time, I always lose. The app says we’re playing against real players, but unlike some other apps where you can replay the game and see the other player’s screen, this app conveniently doesn’t do that. So while they claim you don’t play against bots, there’s no real way of telling. Save your money, and don’t download if you’re looking to win real cash. Download other apps instead!***And no, I’m not just a salty player, just trying to warn***

Updated Review

I left a review before but it’s time to update. I’ve been playing this for awhile now, and I enjoy the game variety along with the different amounts you can play for. I also like the new events going on, smaller initial entry fee with bigger wins if you get within the top 2 even. I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here about how the withdraw process doesn’t work, or how they don’t get it. I was pretty skeptical when I finally had enough I felt I could withdraw. At first, nothing seemed to happen. Reached out to customer service, super helpful right away!! Seriously guys, they responded in awesome time and helped me every step of the way to get my withdraw. It does take some time for it to come in, mine was 2 weeks from start to finish before I knew what all I needed to actually withdraw. But they also explained a 3rd party confirms withdraw deposits so kind of not on them for the time frame. Seriously though, big thumbs up to customer service for them, and I ACTUALLY got the money. First app I’ve downloaded and played that ACTUALLY SENT MY WINNINGS. I’m gonna keep playing this and even started sharing this with some of my buddies from work to play.

BEWARE of the Blitz App Games!!!!!

I have tried most of their apps. And used to enjoy playing their games. That was until recently!! I’m not sure what the deal is but on the Blitz games app that has multiple games you can choose from…I have been, continuously, blocked/locked out of my account. Which causes me to loose any rewards I was supposed to get, on top the money I have deposited on the account. Al bc I log out and into my husbands account sometimes!! It’s ridiculous. What would even be the reason for locking me out and making me ‘contact support’?? Why do they even care that I do it?? Why can’t you have multiple accounts on this one app?? I’ve emailed support at least 3 times asking them to please unlock the accounts and nothing!! It’s been over two weeks. So I’ve decided to delete the app then, basically, boycott the company. Also, when I tried with drawling my money it wouldn’t allow me to enter my cash app card and I don’t have a bank account at the moment. When I tried to reach out about cancelling the request, once again, I was ignored!! So I ended up losing the $40. I’m going to find an app that is similar but better to theirs a d when I do..I’ll post an update to my review to help others find a company that, actually, cares about its customers!!!

games are addictive and rigged

example - play bingo and sometimes you will watch the clock run all the way through to 0 and others it’ll click off just before. It’s pretty typical to cause enough frustration to make you put more money and not enough to cause rage quit. If you get a call when you’re playing a game? congrats you’ve ‘abandoned’ the game. Just did a multi-player contest where everyone got the exact same score because apparently there was only one solve; the people who got that score in last “won.”Join a multiplayer contest and if not enough people sign up that money is on hold for the next 48 hours. Be careful of how the challenges are worded e.g. if it says ‘for games over 10$’ that doesn’t mean where you win over 10$ it means where you spend over 10 to play. Also make sure you look at the payout because it could be less than the 10$. Although now they seem to have switched to tokens. Under one type of game - solitaire for example - there can be different types /styles but if you want to know if one is different you’ll have to play it and there are no practice versions of the variations *and* the entry fees are higher. I still don’t know if there are variations on any of the games that you spend more than 10$ on. You can absolutely contact them. Just be good with hearing .. “well, sure but isn’t that really YOUR problem?”

Get in early

This game has plenty of players but not a MASSIVE amount to where you don't stand a chance on any of the big tournaments. This Game was amazing for the first couple weeks. I withdrew money before I ever deposited; the ID verification & withdrawal were completed within 2 business days. I was really impressed. I deposited & withdrew a couple more times but the last time I submitted a withdrawal request, it took a few days to get a response and then I was sent the confirmation that I was paid but the money wasn't actually sent, I still don't have it & they aren't responding to my emails except the one that didn't include my user ID. they responded within minutes to ask my user info & I replied immediately & haven't heard from them again. I have withdrawn a lot more than I deposited in total, so I can't really be mad about it, I'm just disappointed. The games are fun & different though. & The entry fee/payout ratio of the tournaments is the best that I've ever seen by far.

Heads above the rest but not by much

The game is a tricky one when just getting into because you literally have to learn and adjust strategies in real time betting real money. Much like a casino in many ways but bringing to the homes of so many smart phones should mean the stakes and risk of loss gets taken much more into consideration. The app could easily just take money and not give any back just to suckle from poor suckers pockets. Instead, support and the tech team has found a way to create a sort of balance for those having greater drive to win at their game. Weekly bonus cash is provided to players in higher ranks, tournaments make large winnings more reachable but at a higher risk of going against more opponents. There are errors and glitches and results that just won’t make any sense at all but improvements are constantly being made and suggestions when messaging support is truly taken into consideration. They could easily be another group that won’t change or evolve or grow in order to feel like their way is more right than another’s way but they are looking at varying angles as ALL people should. Unfortunately, some have to learn the hard way that looking one single way at one single thing is no way to live a life of fulfillment and happiness. Thank you Blitz for working to be better and being okay not being called ‘the best’…..for now at least

They steal your money

The app has a lot of glitches & crashes on a consistent daily basis but it always just so happens when you’re playing with money on brawl challenges then when you message them about the issue, they say that they issue you a refund but I have yet for any of them to hit my account. I have about 40 messages with no responses & they make you wait 2 days for a response but I’m still waiting on responses from 2 months ago. I’m about to just stop playing & file a lawsuit because they are consistently just stealing money & not reimbursing when their app has these supposed crashes. Update: Now they even take your games away, I have been waiting 24 hours for about 12 games to finish pending, I looked an hour ago, they were still there & now 6 are just gone. Removed out of pending, I never once got to see the results & if it was because of the game ended out of time range, that’s one thing but, WHAT DO YOU KNOW, I never got my $75 worth of games back. I have emailed & tried getting a hold of support about 15 different times in the last week. I got back a “We credited your account” with no account credits in sight. So if someone from your legal department can take care of this, because I’m about to go file a federal consumer complaint & a lawsuit if I don’t get my $$$ back.

Good app..pending results are not good..

Hey, I love this app and I’ve been using it for a while now, The end of the week is coming literally and 19 minutes, i’m waiting on over 10 matches for me to get my money so that I can advance to the next level which for me right now is diamond, The crappy part is I’m down to the last penny and I’m waiting on the results from these matches I’ve been waiting on them since yesterday… it’s really messed up because I’m waiting on that $10..I’m less than 200 so away but I can’t do Jack sh** until my matches end….. i’ve been waiting for a while now and there are people playing and getting matched with live players I just think that I should be able to have people playing my matches and drawls..I’ve been waiting longest…it’s just wrong… also with all the challenges that happened daily I was three dollars away from getting the prizes on that challenge, but due to pending matches…never was able to retrieve it because the matches took over 24 hours to get someone to play…it would really be nice if someone reached out to me from blitz…2nd let down and I’ve put money into this app…just want my matches to be played already….I just want to be able to get the $10 and stop running into these issues….thanks blitz…:/

Don’t waste time

Don’t waste your time on this game I would give this a five star review if it weren’t for the fact that multiple times now I’ve lost out on major money games because the app crashes on me in the middle of my game when I’m having a perfect game in the pool games there was no way I would lose these last two games that this is happening only time it’s crashed on me when I go for $100 game not only does it cost me the money that I was gonna win but it cost me my entry fee alsoI have tried multiple emails and to contact the creators of this app for support with no response and no help and no refund this game never messes up until I’m about to win big moneyI know they can see the outcomes and the games that were being playedAnd this is wrong to do this to people I should’ve minimum of $100 in all reality and it’s crashed on me on 2 $100 games I would’ve won but this last one really is messed up I had one ball left a sink or two easy shots left to have a perfect game with one of the highest scores are probably Viber scored on there which was all but guarantee the win and the game just freezes up and won’t allow me to do anything but quit the app didn’t freeze you just couldn’t do anything but select the menu and endgame which is a joke
