Saving lives one order at a time

I love this app! It makes it so easy to order dinner for the family or simply dinner for the kids while hubby and I enjoy a date night. The menu is clear and easy to navigate and the option to select delivery time and pay online is clutch for a planner such as myself!

Dated app that needs an update!

Not sure why it doesn’t have it already, but this app needs Apple Pay. C’mon. It’s 2022. I’m not going to put my credit card into a Blackjack app account where I don’t know what kind of security it entails, where meanwhile Apple puts in billions of dollars a year in app security, so why not leverage that and put the burden of tech and liability on Apple and their unlimited resources? Online payment has already been securely built into the os since 2014 (almost a decade ago), so why not use that feature instead of the old-school internet way?It would be nice, too, if it showed the status of the order and where the driver is, but ya know, that’s new tech that was introduced years ago, so it’s too new for Blackjack. It’d be icing on the cake and nice for a new full app launch, but it’s not an emergency (though in a couple years, it will show its age and will be a priority).No Apple Pay is a big problem, though, that makes me dread ordering through the app. Payments are a breeze with Apple Pay, from the consumers’ experience.

Cheaper than others and better quality

I recently started ordering from BlackJack and have had nothing but good experiences. The prices are great and the quality is better than other pizza places that I have ordered from. I think I’ve become a recurring customer.

Love them!

The very first time we ordered felt like they teleported pizza to my front door, they were there so fast! Y’all got a pregnant woman hooked on your pizza, so you have our business. Sometimes twice a week! Thanks for being awesome and reading our notes. You’d be surprised what happens when the dressing asked for on the side is not with pizza when delivered. Y’all have never let us down! Great fresh pizza, love the crust and cheesy bread!

4.5 stars

App is easy to use once you figure it out, and you can save orders and your card easily. I wanted to do 4.5 stars because last time we ordered they forgot the sauces and honestly I order pizza and about 60% of my excitement is because I love garlic sauce. So it’s disappointing when they forget it, but only once or twice out of ordering almost every weekend, and I get that they’re human and make mistakes like everyone else. They also have the best pizza and their cinnamon things are great. I’m;thinkin bout thos pizzas.

Please fix payment options!

I love the most recent update however the app no longer recognizes when I select one of my saved payment options. It tells me that I didn’t select it when I clearly did based on the green check mark. Now I have to manually enter my card in every time I order.

Payment option bug

FYI This app has a bug.when you add a new CC payment option it defaults to 2021 and will not allow you to pick months in the past (clearly expected). however when you update the year it does not remove the no months in the past logic. I have a card that expires 1/26 and there is no way to use it. I imagine this bug will only get worse as more months pass.Expected: I am able to check out with a card which has an expiry month less than the current month

Missing bacon on the menu?

The pizza and the service is always good & fast when we order. But where did the bacon option go on the toppings menu??? We always have to call in our orders now just so we can gat bacon added to a pizza. Also, when we do order from the app, it sometimes just closes out in mid-order. This is frustrating because we have to log back in and start our order from the beginning.

Login Failure

No matter what I do, it always says something is wrong. I can log into the account first time in Safari no problem. I’ve tried changing the password and deleting/ reinstalling the app but nothing works. I’ve battled with it 4 times in the last 6 months and usually just end up ordering from the site or somewhere else because they have all my info on file already. I tried going to the app support but it just brings me to “contact us” page regarding the individual stores. I’ll update the review if you can fix the issue but until then, Pizza Hut it is.

No Mushrooms on topping list

I want to give this app 5-stars but a while back they ran out of mushrooms so they took them off the app (rather than just disabling that selection with a note to explain) and they still haven’t put it back on. My local store said I could mention that I wanted mushrooms in the notes at the bottom, but that then screws up the pricing.
