Not as fun as it used to be..

February 9 is my first login anniversary date 🤗. I’ve enjoyed playing this game everyday and competing in the league. However, since you lowered the lucky scratch amounts, it takes too long to get enough coins to actually have fun. You have to play 4 cards per round to be competitive, but sometimes it takes me all day (every hour) to get enough coins to play one round. I even take advantage of watching videos, but it’s still too time consuming to get enough coins. I’m going to hang around a little longer to see if you guys go back to your old ways. If not, I’ll have to find another bingo game to play. I really enjoy this game. I hope you consider going back to giving more coins, or lower the amounts to play each round, instead of going up as i level up…

Need time

This game is a lot of fun but it cost so many coins for a game you can’t play much and you don’t get a very good payback. Should get a little more than you spend. Also hard to get more power ups unless you spend money to get them. Need to have a three second timer after end of game in order to daub your last called number and maybe have a bingo. I’ve lost several bingos because I couldn’t daub and hit bingo in time before they say round over. Too fast on the round over . In need of some tweaks to make it a better game.

I really like this game BUT…..

Ok so yeah the game call is always BB OO ING and so on… the problem I have is you don’t win more then what you spend and if you do it’s not enough! So you can never get ahead! Like today I spent 2000 coins on 2 cards one game and the max I won was 200. I can never get ahead and the times I have I’ve spent it alllll 120k trying to finish a 12 piece puzzle for 15k. - or collecting carrots! It makes no sense… the other puzzle I’m working on is 48 pieces- I’ll never finish. Also the cards in the staring show are too hard to get. I’m almost at the end but need a ton of higher star cards! I’ve also noticed the same person winning 1st and 2nd all morning today! I even took screen shots cause I’ve seen the same avatar always winning and they are always #1 in the crown league game! Lack of power ups also! Oh and I really hate when I lag out and don’t get my coins back…

RIP off

Do not play this game!! I agree with the other reviews regarding the crazy amount of $$ you would need to spend to earn small rewards. Also, the different labels your can purchase, Elite, pro, golden pass, super elite and a season pass (remembering they only may about 30 days), all costing $20-$30 a piece to receive access to additional miniscule amounts compared to what it costs to play 1 round with 4 cards. iTunes won't even refund the $$ based on the training of "deceptive labelling" or "not what it was supposed to do" because it's had way too many requests for these type of refunds from this specific app.Think twice!!!

Funny how so many different people say the same things over and over and nothing is done about it and your response is always the same. It’s automated I’m sure. You all don’t read these. Yes the game is fun and the graphics are adorable but it’s impossible to win bingo as the levels/quests move up, you’re using a lot more coins per game * depending on how many cards you want to play too. You can easily play 10 rounds, 1 card a game and not win one bingo, get one puzzle piece and lose a ton of coins. To be fair they do have ways to earn free coins but those go really fast too. Best part of the game is No ads. But get real, no reason to to make people use that many coins per game per card just to buy $ your coins. Make it easier to complete the puzzles by putting more puzzle bingos. I’m about to delete your app.

Like game but beyond unhappy with customer support

The 2 stars are for the game but the serious lagg lately has sucked and I have been trying for 5 days to get help to no avail, because of that I deducted 3 stars. You would think they would be more willing to help customers who spend alit of our hard earned money on their game but sadly I am really disappointed and left wondering why I am still playing their game.Concerning your response to my issue with the game. I did contact in game support and the first reply took over a week for a reply and I did all suggested fixes to no avail and have reinstalled the game 4 times , my internet provider has no issues whatsoever and the in-game customer support is extremely slow and very unhelpful and I’m still wondering why I’m still playing the game, maybe I have hope you guys will make it so that all of the money I have lost due to the issues wasn’t for no reason,

Shaking my Head

I had over 400,000 coins now down to 50,000. Trying to fill the 3rd task of winning 150,000 coins. Not going overboard with my bets - no more than Big Win level (46,000). And have only won 45,325. There is no way I can win 100,000 in one more round. I can’t get anywhere on the Beanstalks and Slides - move forward and land on the slide. While my opponent lands on beanstalks and extra rolls. Soo frustrating. I actually got a gift card so I could buy coins but after today - there’s no freakin’ way I will ever spend money on this game. I’m keeping it - but only because I like bingo. I’ve lost my desire to do well. Maybe I should have given just 2 stars - but it could just be my lack of luck. I worked hard at building my coin balance - now I’ve got enough for 2 rounds. Shaking my head……….

This game is sad.. spend WAY more than you gain

Okay so you spend about 2,000 coins or 6,000 coins for 4 pages and you most likely won’t get ANYTHING. the most you’ll get is like 300 coins unless you’re super duper lucky and get a bingo fast. But other people somehow get bingos in like 2 seconds, then the game ends quick and you’re left without a single bingo. And you pretty much have to use the 4 pages if you even want a chance just to get one bingo. It is genuinely really unfair, I’d give it 1 star if it wasn’t for it being a kind of polished looking game. Also what’s with things popping up telling you to spend money all the time for things that it should just GIVE YOU FOR FREE ?? one of the worst games I’ve played, it does not feel fair and really doesn’t feel like it’s caring towards the player

COULD be so good!

This game is a lot of fun with cute graphics and mini-games on the side. If it would let me, I’d play for hours! BUT you run out of coins quickly, and even when they’re “on sale”, they’re very expensive. I spent $9.99 tonight and only got to play two rounds before I didn’t have enough coins to play again. Frustrating, and I’m not rich, so guess I’ll have to delete this game. Also, the game is supposed to be random luck, but I noticed a pattern that holds true 100% of the time when playing the rainbow games: if you’ve already gotten some bingos, once the counter gets down to 12 bingos left, they cut you off from further bingos. None of the balls called will be on any of your cards for the remainder of the game. Ever. Anyway, if the coins were cheaper and game play more fair, this would be my favorite. It’s really too bad.

Bad experiences!

While I like the social aspect of the game their ads lie! No need to top up, get plenty of free coins? Had to log in every hour to gain minimal coins (example costs 12,800 but you get 2,000 bonus scratch). I tried to contact customer support and they never responded back after they started the conversation with “How can we help?” I NEVER received a response after that. I’m still trying to get a response! I have screenshots of the conversation to date! When they say purchase does not make you win more? They aren’t kidding. Their prices are ridiculous! $9.99 for enough coins to play level 3 of 5 on bet and that’s only 2 bingo cards. The club/league bingo card calls numbers back to back to back. I had 4 balls and the first 3 were the same number! In true Bingo22, once a ball is called it is out of play until the next round. Bonus games rarely pay off well!I could point out more things…Save your time and DON’T download!!!!!
